“The steak tacos were fantastic and the flavors really stood out. I was also thrilled that they let me switch the refried beans for a side salad. You can see it in one of my photos and it turned out to be far from an ordinary salad. The Caesar dressing was unbelievably good and I would go back just for that. “Ding dong, Taco Bell who? I just made the best chuy’s gordita crunch with their at home taco meal kit! (Plus a side of the queso and jalapeno sauce) literally the best decision!!! Simply take a daft tortilla add a layer of the queso cheese, place a hard shell in the center and wrap the side up with the tortilla. Finally layer in meat, jalapeno sauce, beans lettuce cheese and tomato. Trust me. You will enjoy!“

Was a little surprised at the size. They were smallest I've ever had. But packed with Great flavor!! The charro beans and rice were both good as well.

“We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“

“We were there during the Jonas Brothers concert so it was extremely busy. We added ourselves to the wait list 30 minutes before we arrived and still had to wait 30 minutes. Like I said they were busy. The jalapeno creamy dip is to die for. I don't like jalapenos but I love this. The burrito bowl was large and very taste. Will definitely return.“

After much research and difficult pricing decision to make I took a deeper dive into the website for the Mexican Inn Café. What I found was lots of happy folks with both food and the restaurant. Next step was asking around for personal experience and found again lots of happy folks. Last step was a personal visit to check out the food. Well, that was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that has been there for 60 + years – great food – great service and impressive service personal. Making the arrangements for the catering service was easy and working with Annette Rosas far exceeded my expectations. On the day of the birthday party the food arrived on time and their set-up service was excellent. OH, those yummy food smells. Everything looked delicious, was well prepared and the display was a treat to the eye. In addition - all was an enormous success from the party goers’ praises … except for there being little left over for me to enjoy the next day>LOL. I would like to recommend the Mexican Inn Café 8th Street in Fort Worth and Annette Rosas to anyone in need of catering services or an excellent place to eat.
