She was amazing and went above and beyond during our visit on 3/1/25!! She had such a great attitude and did a fantastic job handling our large order that included a regular & large yogurt as well as a few Take Home Yogurts since we are from San Antonio! As she was helping us with our order, about 4-5 customers walked in. She was calm, fast, efficient, and all with a smile on her face. This is our favorite Frozen Yogurt and Pinkberry location and we love to drive to Austin when we can because we love the great service and amazing yogurt. “Just completed a tour of the Central Texas Barbecue Scene. Visited Snow's BBQ-Lexington, Louie Mueller-Taylor, Kreus Market, Smitty's and Black's-Lockhart, The Salt Lick- Driftwood and Franklin's in Austin. It was great seeing the venues and the family history at these historic sites. I visited Franklin's in the past and felt it was the best brisket I had ever eaten in my life. I am a skeptic when it comes to famous barbecue joints. I must say that Franklin's BBQ was far superior to all of the restaurants I visited with no one even a close second. Aaron's attention to detail from the service, choice of briskets, the cook, the wrap, the holding and even the slicing of the final product is evident in every aspect of his trade. I was lucky enough to run into him at the restaurant and he happily talked BBQ with me. Franklin's may not have the long history of muti-generational BBQ in Central Texas, but he has figured it all out at a level that I have yet to see equaled by the best venues in the country. This is a bucket list restaurant for those who really enjoy BBQ. It is well worth the wait in line“

“I know everyone is putting how amazing the burgers were but even for an old-fashioned hamburger, and I've rated many, these were quite dry and flavorless. I had the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Kids did love the fries. Just being honest, because what else is a review for, right?. However, the service was very quick, especially given how busy it seemed to constantly be. They had great sweet tea and the butterscotch shake hit the spot on a hot day. As for the atmosphere? I like how it hasn't changed much in 80 years so nostalgia is always a win for me and the prices weren't bad if compared to Whataburger up the way.“
