“This place is a gem and very nostalgic.

Their menu is simple and makes you feel at home.

Staff is very kind, large menu and specials to please even the pickiest eater.

Unfortunately this is the ONLY M.C in the state of Utah which is sad, i remember coming here as a child with my family.

The pies are the best thing, they have every day pies and seasonal pies. Most meals comes with a slice of pie.

Go and enjoy a meal and a pie.

“This is a Salt Lake City classic. The original over-the-top shakes in Utah does not disappoint. With about 30 flavors that you can combine to your hearts' content everyone will be happy with the options. They have also added a child's size shake that was just the right size. Their battered fries are also really tasty.
It was originally a drive-through with walk-up windows and outdoor seating, but there are also some tables inside too. It's a great spot.“

We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

“Amazing experience. We did the seven-course tasting menu with some in-season soft drinks. The mushroom curry dish completely knocked my socks off, definitely my favorite. All the flavor combos were incredibly fresh. Amazing upside down apple cake at the end. The service was exceptional, great atmosphere and nice bathrooms. Didn’t hurt that there was a sick rainstorm happening while we were there—overall definitely one of the coolest restaurant experiences I’ve had. 10/10!“

That, along with their truly delicious food, is just 1 of the many reasons I keep coming back. Each day they serve a different daily special. Their meatball sub and sloppy Joe's are my favorites so far. Their chicken cordon blue is FANTABULOUS as well. But, it's more than just the food that keeps me coming back. Mandy, the owner, is exactly how 1 would expect an owner to be. Her friendliness towards every customer is more than just amazing. “We always enjoy Applebee's. We got there before the dinner rush and was seated right away. Our server was great. We ordered the chicken wanton tacos and pretzel sticks for appetizers. My husband had a burger & fries, I had salmon with mac & cheese. Everything was great, expert the mac & cheese. It had little to no cheese and no flavor. Next time I'll stick with the mashed potatoes.“

We ordered pancakes with eggs(with cheese) and bacon, which was delicious.
My husband ordered a biscuits and gravy breakfast with sausage and eggs. It was ok, the sausage and eggs were good but the gravy on the biscuits looked strange from what we're used to eating. It wasn't very creamy, it had almost a chicken gravy color and the flavor was lacking (maybe made with water instead of milk?.)
My son ordered the kids fish and chips. It came with boiled carrots that had an odd flavor. The fries were decent, but the fish had a weird color. It wasn't white cod, it had a translucent color too it and there was more batter than fish, it was 4 little nugget sized pieces.

The prices weren't too bad. We would be willing to try again.“
