Foo (sp?) was an awesome chef! He gave us the tricks but also shared dialogue with us. Very humble and personable, and the food….my husband is picky and he agreed that it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked NY Strip steak, shrimp, yakitori, salad, soup, and salmon (we are from Alaska and they did this little piece of salmon justice ❤️). And Sam the other host was also very hospitable and checked on us. They don’t skip a beat when they saw us roll in with our wheelchair. And other employees were checking on us too. Love this place!!

“What a delicious Flavorful gem this is. The staff were incredible and polite. It's my wife and I first time checkin this place out and it was screaming 5 stars. The food is fresh and Flavorful. The chicken to the goat and lamb were all tender and not dry at all.

✔️Butter chicken was perfect and a mild spice and so creamy. The chicken is tender and melts in your mouth.
✔️Aloo veggie curry was perfectly cooked and so Flavorful. With a hint of spice (very mild splice level). Spice levels ranged from Mild Medium and Spicy!
The lamb was so delicious as well is the goat. We tried to get a variety of dishes but we are making sure we come bk with family to try more dishes!

Naan bread made fresh and the flavors of all of them are fantastic. Butter garlic & cheese ? delicious!
*portions of food you get are large. One order feeds 2 maybe people.

The staff were so kind and took time to let us know about specials they have going on. Also communicating spice levels to better suit your taste.

“I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. It had such a yummy smoky flavor to it. I also got a breakfast burrito with sausage and avacado added. That was satisfying as well. Their prices were reasonable. This is a must try spot!”

“My family arrived as a large group (6+ people) during a lunch rush to celebrate a sibling's new job. The staff was quick with our orders and the space was perfect for a small family celebration. They have plenty of seating and a fun fooze ball table.

There was a mix up with my order. But the employees were awesome and quickly made me another smoothie. They let me keep the original incorrect smoothiewhile replaced it with the correct order. The staff was extremely kind and understanding despite a large rush of customers for lunch.

I called and spoke with the owner (who is so gracious and a truly lovely person) and she included a sampler of a third kind! The baklava arrived in terrific condition, very nicely and thoughtfully wrapped and boxed. Sheer Ambrosia is a genuine first class operation. I got the traditional walnut, spiced pear, and southern pecan. It was unanimous that the baklava is "amazing". The favorite seemed to be the spiced pear. Thank you for the amazing birthday treat and I look forward to more.”

“When we first came to Utah in Aug 2020 we asked around and most people said there were not many good Mexican restaurants on SLC. Being from Southern California we know good Mexican food given the large Latino population. When we got a recommendation for El Gallo Loco, in Sandy of all places, we were skeptical but decided to go check it out. The words AMAZING do not even describe it. Alberto is super nice, friendly, and really helped us to pick dishes we thoroughly enjoyed. He is super humble about the place, and really took the time to find out what types of food and flavors we liked, and made recommendations which did not disappoint on any level. Their Tortilla soup is hands down the BEST we have ever had, and we’ve had a lot. Their chicken - WOW. Marinated and tender in any dish - tacos, burritos, fajitas - even just the chicken. They have 3 authentic salsas - the green sauce on burritos is so good we thought about it all week !! Chips are perfect - not greasy at all. Good range of drinks, beer, wine , margaritas and even horchata - if that’s not authentic I don’t know what is. This is one of our GO TO places for sure.”

I ordered the Caesar salad and Turkey jalapeño sandwich and it did not disappoint. Staff was extremely friendly and continued to check up on me even after I ordered my food and paid for my food. Most places will not pay much attention to you after you have paid. This will be a weekly spot for me now! Also you have to try the mango peach sweet tea! Being from the south I have given up all hope to find good sweet tea but this spot did it right!!!”

After 4 years I managed to discover this Brazilian restaurant that is very old in Utah.
I tried the Feijoada. Very well served and well seasoned. You could taste the smoke in the beans.
Everything was good, from the cassava to the cabbage and even the cassava. The vinaigrette sauce was very good too, I even asked for an extra portion.
The daughters ate coxinha and pastries. The pastry dough was light and tasty. The drumstick was very well stuffed and well seasoned.
Finally, we tried the milk pudding. Very tasty and well served, I confess that I couldn't bear to eat it all. The only observation is the atmosphere of the place. Needs a store bath urgently.”
