“Loved the calm and simplistic atmosphere, and the food was incredibly satisfying! Definitely surpassed my expectations. The staff was sweet, prompt, and helpful, and the owner (Lily) was personable and caring. We will definitely be returning for many more date nights to come! We each ordered the tonkatsu ramen and we shared the Texas roll. We have now visited twice in one week to try more sushi, and it was great!“

“Itto Sushi is our FAVORITE! Go on Tuesday or Wednesday from 5 to 9 for half price on some of their best rolls. Our favorites are The Lion King, Firebird, and Dandelion (or Romeo & Juliet). We have also enjoyed the Titanic, Grand Canyon, Playboy, snd Hollywood, among others. You can't go wrong! Quality and quantity is top notch with fast, friendly service.“

“I’ve come here several times and tonight’s food was terrible, cold sesame chicken, chicken on the fried rice was boiled lacking flavor,I’m afraid the quality has become poor. Like to continue to supporting local businesses but if quality diminishes, it’ll be hard to return. Please revisit your food quality being served.“

“As always it's fantastic! Server Maximus was very knowledgeable about the menu and found us a new favorite sushi roll even though we've been going to Tsunami a few times a year for YEARS!! We had our drinks, miso soup, and cucumber salads within 5 minutes of arriving. Then we had our delicious sushi within 15 minutes of arriving!! We didn't feel rushed but were completely done with our meal within 30 minutes! This is my absolutely favorite place to eat out! The food NEVER misses and servers are always so friendly and knowledgeable! Will never get enough of coming here!!“

“keyaki sushi is my favorite! i used to go to garage grill for my sushi nachos. then my best friend sent me a recommendation. ,,,, holy moly! I do wish they'd have an option on door dash to hold jalapenos and add other ingredients, like king crab and fish eggs. people would pay extra. I would! “Fun family experience and yummy food. The chef was very talented, lots of the normal hibachi experience: throwing eggs, fire, throwing shrimp in each persons mouth, etc. the food was delicious and each thing was the perfect temperature. They give everyone 2 sauces plus soy sauce on the table so you can season more as needed. We brought up an allergy to peas and she assured us they didn’t use it in the fried rice.“

“Skip the sushi and just get the Negima as your entree. I’m joking … but not really. The negima dish was much better than any of the sushi that I tried. Not to say the sushi was bad, but this dish was SO GOOD! I also got some edamame which is always fun. For sushi I got a hand roll, the rainbow roll, the executive suite, and the PD. I wasn’t amazed by any of them and they tasted a tiny bit bland. They could’ve used some more flavor or a bit of spiciness. That said, sushi isn’t really known for its flavor. The major negative part was that I left hungry because the rolls just weren’t filling at all. All in all, the fish was high quality, the rolls were good, and the atmosphere was also good.
If you want to go here, make a reservation because it can fill up quick.“

Last week I came to ichiban to have a late birthday celebration with some friends, the staff found out and made it so special. They surprised me with a complimentary sushi roll and dessert! The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. “We love ordering from So Grill Korean BBQ and Sushi. The sushi has way more sashimi in it than any other sushi restaurants in the valley which surprises me, and they are delicious! Huge menu to select from with sushi, appetizers and their daily Korean BBQ buffet.
