“I got the Turkey Special on Rye and it was just… okay? Reading the other reviews makes me wish I had checked them out for recommendations before placing my order, but I had high hopes based on the review average and pricing and was just a bit disappointed.
The shop itself was quite dull in atmosphere, and while I don’t expect every staff member to act like they work for disney, I did feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I don’t know; I’ve lived in lots of places with local delis, and this one just didn’t hit the mark. I’d be willing to come back and try a more highly-recommended choice though!“

“Capo is my favorite hoagie place in the DMV and bonus that this location has fries. I looove their seeded rolls that are perfectly soft with a crisp crust. They slice their meats on site which is nice, so I can ask them to slice extra thin like I prefer. Their eggplant parm is great too, thin crisp slices. Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful.“

Mike’s Tuna is pretty good, but their cheesesteak is the real star — always fresh and full of flavor! I’ve had consistently great service every time I visit. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, a solid spot with excellent food and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!“

“JJ's is a small grill/diner with quick service, good prices, and my turkey bacon panini was great! Lots of options on the menu and they make everything all day. It seems like a husband and wife run the place and they were pleasant and helpful.“

“The best Jersey Mike’s in Alexandria! I got the chicken salad sub and a #13 w/bacon for my wife. The chicken salad was delicious and you can’t go wrong with the #13 sub. Nice way to start my weekend and highly recommended. Friendly staff and quick service.“

“Super good place for quick take out. Great to find a place with several delicious, hot vegetarian options. I got the felafel. It was delicious and perfectly spicy. I walked across the street to the park and had a very nice lunch.

“GIGI works the grill, and Kate works the front, two of the most delightful people you will meet. Food is made to order and absolutely delicious, located on the first level of the business complex, and well worth the drive if you are close! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect. The chili sauce that they put on some of their items is to die for, worth every penny!
Vegetarian options: Anything can be made vegetarian and will also cook food with different cooking utensils if for allergy or religious beliefs.
Parking: Huge parking lot!“

“Great team. They acknowledged me when I came in, took my order and the chicken Philly I ordered was done in no time. Everyone is doing something and is productive. No one is just standing around or on their phone. The young lady who takes the orders is incredibly efficient and sweet. Whoever the manager is is doing a great job.“

“Love going to this Potbelly! Every worker there is extremely kind, especially Grant. He's very happy smiley and can whip up a mean tasty sandwich for you. Love going to this Potbelly to grab a quick bite. I seriously recommend giving this place a try. Not only are the workers friendly, but the food is pretty dang good in my opinion.“
“This subway has been running for decades now.Surprisingly I still see the same friendly smiles that I did during my school years.The sandwiches are always made to order and the bread is made fresh.I enjoy going to subway thanks to their healthier options compared to many restaurants and as well they have delicious fruit drinks on tap!Come on in and escape this heat. Vitamin water is available to give you that boost throughout your day.“

“We stopped in for a quick bite at 5:00 and it was easy in easy out. The subs were delicious! I haven't been to Subway for awhile but if I'm in the area, I would stop by again. I was genuinely impressed with both the staff friendliness and the sandwiches.“
