Some people comment about the "depressing" ambiance, but I think that is pretty normal for a small sandwich shop or deli, it's not like going to a resturant. it's a takeout place that have solid food at solid prices will come back and try more things!“

Mike’s Tuna is pretty good, but their cheesesteak is the real star — always fresh and full of flavor! I’ve had consistently great service every time I visit. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, a solid spot with excellent food and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!“

“Good food but service could use improvement, mainly service times and workers not acknowledging customers. I get they have work to do but standing at the counter for minutes and minutes to answer a simple question is rather annoying.

After placing an order in person, some huge annoying woman waddles up and asks all these questions about ordering and whatnot. An employee goes over and curates her experience. Somehow then she walks out with her two bags while I'm still waiting for two steaks and some wings.

I have ordered online and picked up before with no incident. Will probably update this review over time.“

“Super good place for quick take out. Great to find a place with several delicious, hot vegetarian options. I got the felafel. It was delicious and perfectly spicy. I walked across the street to the park and had a very nice lunch.

“Running errands and turned off 395 to make some phone calls. Pulled in to the parking lot and decided to try JJ's vice the Subway nearby. Glad I did. This was during COVID-19 era, so I ordered my sandwich, went out side to make some calls and 5-7 minutes later my Pannini was done. I believe I had the roast beef w/ bacon, but whatever it was - it was cooked just right and the veggies didn't overbear the sandwichs as is often the case. “Excellent sub shop. The staff there is always so friendly, professional and always a good job. It is such a well run place. Too many other fast food restaurants have staff that are not friendly and seem like they do not want to be there. This jersey Mike's is the exact opposite. God job there“

“Leaving a review as a thanks for the great teamwork I saw when picking up my order today. It was peak lunchtime with the in-person line and online order queue both very backed up. All the employees jumped from task to task seamlessly, kindly and efficiently. Not everywhere is like this so I wanted to tell you all great job and that I noticed!“

“GIGI works the grill, and Kate works the front, two of the most delightful people you will meet. Food is made to order and absolutely delicious, located on the first level of the business complex, and well worth the drive if you are close! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect. The chili sauce that they put on some of their items is to die for, worth every penny!
