“First impressions always wins. We were seated immediately. We chose outside seating because 80 degrees in October you have to show out. We were greeted within minutes. Our waitress (Storm) was top tier with energy like that i should have felt some connection(CAT MOM) she was awesome. My cousin always eat here so she ordered her regular (General tso cauliflower) which were bomb. I ordered the (Bread service) appetizer & baby .... The bread , the butter , the oil, & olives pure freshness & delicious. For the entree i went with the Veggie burger which indeed is the kind i prefer (handcrafted with rice & other ingredients) and sweet potato fries which were excellent at taste. My cousin ordered the parmesan truffle fries which were fresh and full of flavor. For my drink we scope over the menu but something about the Orchard Sangria pulled me into the right direction, the cinnamon/ sugar rim combo was exquisite and rich in taste as it clashed with the sangria. Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. -To me it's an intimate venue as you are close to the stage.
-They do have a bar on both levels.
-Parking can be tricky. Suggest arriving early to secure a good parking spot around the area.

“This is one of a kind place, with an amazing atmosphere, outstanding food, and literally a three story restaurant, with a bar, an elevator, and great music.

A perfect location for large gatherings, celebrations, or a romantic date night. If you're visiting Richmond, don't miss this establishment and make sure to call in for a reservation ahead of time.

As for the food, the soups are delicious, and I highly recommend the Chilean Seabass, as the fish melts like butter in your mouth. Their dessert cake is also certainly something you don't want to miss.

This is truly worth looking at, while having an amazing time in town and enjoying some good food and experiencing an exciting time. I highly recommend this place.“

“We had dinner at Chef's Kitchen tonight, Feb. 21st. Our waiter Ben was amazing, as was the food. We started with the Burrata and Dumplings, both of which were mouth watering and glorious. My greatest fear is that those dumplings will haunt my dreams forever. I could probably eat them daily. I am telling you it was a religious experience. If not a religious experience then possibly a spiritual experience. I believe if Anthony Bourdain ate here he would have something pithy and wonderful to say. Something cultured and refined. For an entree we both had the braised duck gnocchi which was pillowy, creamy, and delicious. We paired the meal with a Cab Franc from barboursville which was decently priced and absolutely sublime. Give this place an opportunity. Eat here. My wife and I both agree that it is the best meal we have shared together in many years. Oh and ask for Ben and tip him well. He's the man.“

The table also shared Fried Oysters- another banger! The others got the Health Bowl, Fried Cauliflower, and a Salad (didn't get a photo of the Salad!). Great atmosphere and friendly staff. A bit pricey, so this is definitely more of a splurge night spot for us.“

But we had burgers and those were pretty good. Served on real plates (vs baskets). Frequented by locals - especially seniors, but all ages as well. Pleasant staff/servers and clientele alike! We will definitely return next time we’re in the area.“

“My teenage niece and I had a blast playing the new mini golf holes! The space theme inside is really cool, the topiary animals outside are neat and all the holes are quirky and fun! We played twice and had a nice lunch in between.“

“Although I did not get served there the atmosphere was gorgeous. The food was dynamite it is set up like a buffet with numerous different selections to choose from. I did a job there with snagashift, all supervisors were polite, they fed me for free, and let me break when I needed to. My only negative comment I would have for this dining center is it is absolutely confusing to find. The gps have you going in circles LITERALLY!!...if it wasn't for me pushing the individual map they had allll the way at the bottom just typing the initial address they gave me will not send you directly to the dining center, and it's a college campus so everything looks the same. Snagashift did not do a very good job specifying the location of this particular building. Other than that the work was extremely easy I had no problems with anyone there... and yea..

Parking: Im not sure how parking "Really" is, i went on a weekend and I was told i could park anywhere an didnt need a pass. I believe during the week you have to get a parking pass from the front from someone.

“I have been to Caddies a number of times over the last few years. It’s a staple in the area and has been in business for decades. I recently visited since being back in the area, and can’t say enough great things! Holly was off that particular day, and the other new owner was very impressive! Her attention to detail, professionalism, and providing a comfortable atmosphere for every guest did not go unnoticed. The service was fantastic, food delicious, and the experience was inviting and friendly. Everyone was having a good time! Karaoke was so much fun! I’m not even close to being a good singer, yet the crown was so supportive and cheerful. The new touches to the building were very nice. Caddies isn’t just a dive bar. It’s a place where people of any age or status enjoy coming together and share great food, drinks, music, and the feeling of family the staff creates. Thank you Caddies!!“

“Cute little spot in Ashland. Eclectic, with antiques and tchotchkes all over the place. We had the chicken salad and the ham sandwich. All very good, and potato salad, enjoyable. There's outside seating and parking in the back. It's all kind of close though, so it might not be accessible to all. The restrooms definitely are not.“
