“This was my first time ever eating here, the food was amazing. Service was amazing as well I think the cashier name was Shawna she gave me a quick rundown on the menu and helped me decide on what to get. I ordered the shrimp basket and sweet potato fries and a side of collard greens and banana pudding. Omg the greens was so bomb and my friend got the whiting fish sandwich. The fish was so so so good I kept tryna eat his food. I will definitely return back.“

“Really good place for a nice dinner. Got the pizza which was really good and cook well. Our waitress Victoria was great even after a few spills was a great sport and made our experience awesome. Only reason they got 4 stars is because they don't honor happy hour unless sitting at the bar which was weird. But overall food and service were great!!“

“My husband and I went to Firebirds In Woodbridge this past Sunday March 24. It was our first time at this restauran. Well what a surprise, the service was amazin. We were seated within 5 minute. Our server Cyd was promptly at our table with hot rolls and took our order. when asked about certain items on the menu Cyd was helpful and knowledgeble about the menu. He never hovered but was always present when needed. He was the perfect server. we will return again soon. I must add also the food was delicious and lots of it. “This restaurant is a great place to go solo, on a date, or with family. I even enjoy the carry out service! The cashier Hank is truly a friendly guy... started adding noodles in my boil due to him (delicious). The service is always wonderful. Thomas was my waiter this time and he's always awesome. The other waiters are great too. Look forward to coming back to see how great the waitress does that Thomas was training. It's clean and smells fresh. Cute lighting. Decor very enjoyable to look at...including the table covers. Bring something to color or draw with on the table covers. My food is always flavorful, hot, and quick. The menus are really cool but probably time consuming to charge. The parking is perfect. The prices are perfect also. They offer happy hour too...nice bar btw. Sorry no foodie picture but I couldn't stop to pick up my phone. Enjoy!“

“My first crabs since moving here 2 months ago! I got a dozen of larges (great sizes!), they were a little light (early in the seaon) but great seasoning, very fresh and everything pulled out nicely!! Will definitely be back. Only place that is open on Fridays!“

“Just ordered their house special pho from uber eats along with their fresh (non-fried) summer rolls. Their pho is one of the best bowls of pho I've had in a long time. They were generous with their portions and the flavor of the soup tells me they use actual bone instead of using just a bullion cube for the soup base. Their spring rolls were incredibly fresh and their sauce was on point. I would have taken a photo, but I ate it all too fast.“

“The food and ambiance were excellent. Our server was great until our food arrived but then sat in the back corner with other staff (perhaps on break) joking and in animated conversation. Whenever we needed anything, we had to flag down another server to get our servers attention. I reported this to the manager before we left do I assume the issue has been addressed.“

Store bought, frozen dumplings, which I had asked for pan fried, but came deep fried, still I ate them, as the sauce they came with was tasty. “Every time we drive down route one we notice busy El Gran Charro is. My husband and I planned to try this local treasure last Sunday we went in and were able to be seated right away. We looked at the menu and decided to try the Queso Flamado as a starter. Before QF was ready we were delivered chips, salsa and a white sauce that neither of us had had before. The cheese came and I'll admit, I sort of expected a flame or hot spices or sometime but it looked and tasted like queso Blanco with a minimally scorched side and bottom because it was served in a skillet. The salsa was not great. But the white sauce was something to write home about delicious somehow sweet somehow savory and just spicy enough to give you a kick we loved it. Jeff ordered à la cart three separate types of tacos. He thought they were good. I ordered a shrimp appetizer as my meal with a side of corn tortillas and a little extra white sauce. We were not wowed by our meals but also the food was not bad. My dish unfortunately was so spicy I could not eat it in the restaurant. My husband ate his dish and took a bite of mine. He agreed the spices were abnormally hot and somewhat unexpected. The rest of my dinner was transferred into a to go container draining off the vinegar and spices and it was very good when I ate it later at home with more white sauce . Clearly the white sauce was the star player. The restaurant was well decorated, clean and inviting the host and the seater were welcoming and polite. The cost of our orders was very reasonable. Sadly our particular waiter did not do a great job he wasn't very knowland did not come back to check on us however we did notice great service at other tables and assume that issue to be an individual problem and not an establishment problem. Overall, the value was good and I may give other things on the menu a try if I came in the restaurant in the future. Maybe a nice girls margarita night with tortilla chips and white sauce. No“

“Stopped by for a date with my husband. As soon as we walked in we were attentively welcomed and seated. The service was excellent and so was the food. I loved the variety on the menu and really liked that they are very allergy friendly! Our kids have food allergies so I will be coming back with them next time. Overall we had a great time!“

“The mussels were the best part, very good. They have a beer wall where you get a card and self serve your beer. They have a good selection of beer. The food was very lack luster. The Bison Burger was over cooked, grey and tasted like a pre-made frozen burger patty. The shrimp wrap was OK the shrimp were also overcooked and were tough. Service was a little slow, but she was very friendly.“
