“I’ve eaten at Izumi many times; the sushi is reliably good … 4 stars for the sushi. Unfortunately the Chinese is reliably awful. We’ve tried it several times and it’s just not worth risking again … I wish it wasn’t so, but zero stars for the Chinese.“

The Japanese uni was beautifully presented, and the tuna was a deep, rich red that melted in my mouth, finished perfectly with a delicate sprinkle of truffle oil. Every bite felt intentional and expertly crafted. I only wish I lived closer—this would easily be my daily go-to restaurant.“

“Mike was on top of his game from start to finish. He didn’t forget about my wife’s birthday! He gave us a nice glass of Champagne each to toast, as well as let us try all of the desserts! He was very attentive to all of our needs and the platinum deal was definitely something that was worth all of the amount of food that we got! Don’t listen to all the other people that said it’s not worth the value because I think that’s complete BS! Ask for Mike Tow be your waiter! The fireworks candle went out and he even brought another one out, especially for my wife so that we could Record the video since we missed it the first time! He was courteous enough to ask if we would like smoke and fire display or to keep it on the DL, Of course, we decided to do all of the smoke & fire display!

“We came here on a cold windy night and the shabu shabu hit the spot! The staff were very friendly and helpful as they explained and showed us what to do. We ordered prime rib, pork, and shrimp as the proteins. I had a tonkotsu + tomato broth and my husband had the spicy miso + tonkatsu broth. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. “It’s a local Japanese ramen sushi place, the food was pretty decent. We had the tofu bento box, unagi rice bowl and Osaka meat lover ramen. Everything was good and the service was prompt and nice. It was a cold cold week so the ramen hit the spot.“

“This is my first time at sushi oishi ayce and it really exceeded my expectations. This place was suggested by a friend and I finally came here. The wait was a bit long due to it being busy but I got seated within 10 minutes. The service was pretty good but the sashimi came 25 minutes after I ordered it. The food overall pretty good and the sushi rolls arrived within 5 minutes of ordering them. The staff were also pretty attentive.“

“I’ve found a new favorite Japanese restaurant! Real Japanese food made with actual Japanese ingredients, not the same as the stuff you find in mall food courts or at that [FAST]way chain joint. I ordered the Chicken and Steak Hibachi and the Chicken Yakisoba, and they were both delicious! Portions aren’t generous though, but healthy; you won’t feel overstuffed after eating.“

“I'd been craving takoyaki for days, and suddenly decided to drive over late at night. Surprisingly, even though it was close to closing time, they still served me. The waitress, Emily, recommended some dishes, and we ordered them right away. She wasn't just beautiful and kind-hearted, she was practically a buddy! Apparently, she's only there on Fridays and weekends. There were only her and one other guy working at the front; everyone else was chatting. Everything was great, and she even recommended two drinks – such good value! She was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a worthwhile trip, and I'll definitely come back!“

“I went here with my sisters and found the place empty. I was confused as to why, as I later found the food to be great! I had ordered the halal chicken ramen and added spice. It was warm, yummy and the chicken was seasoned amazingly. I ordered the edamame, and for 6.50 I expected a little more than what I got. I enjoyed the self serve water dispenser. I am giving a 4 - star review because my sister had ordered separately (she got the same thing) and her broth was very bland. As someone who does not have halal options near them, this was great!“

We started off with the edamame and miso soup and salad. We were BLOWN away with how good everything was right off the bat! The house salad had a onion sauce on the top that was so good! Best house salad I’ve ever had at a sushi restaurant. Then we both had rolls that were amazing! Joanne was our waitress and she was so kind and efficient. “Tried Quickway Japanese Hibachi in Glen Burnie for the 1st time tonight. Food was cheap but they got my order wrong. 😢 I wanted to try the shrimp hibachi but they gave both my husband and I chicken. We got it with the fried rice, noodles, and veggies with lots of yum yum sauce. Sides of chicken dumplings and chicken egg rolls. I still enjoyed mine.
