“Ordered online for a 4:00 PM pickup on April 8, 2025 (Order #92, Online Order #1623683), and everything was ready right on time. The drive-thru service was super friendly, and the young lady who helped me was awesome—so polite and upbeat.

I don’t usually go to Captain D’s, but this visit might just change that. The food—Fish Sandwich, Oysters, and Fish & Shrimp—was seriously delicious. I’m already thinking about coming back soon!

“Just made a trip to Skrimp Shack in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Haven't been in awhile order a flounder dinner. The food is still great tasting and the staff is still very friendly,greeting you with a smile. Nice to know that there is still some places around where the food,service and staff is superb. “Good place to get your sea food!! They have regular crab legs and king crab legs, but you know, when dealing with sea food, it can get pricey! You pay for what u get, so I don't mind spending getting great food! They have fish by pound, muscles, etc! I also saw an ebt sign that they accept, so they take all clients and accommodation for all! Customers service is great! I've tried a couple other spots in the area for lunch breaks. My coworkers and I keep coming back to China Star in Petersburg. Some of the best Chinese food we've had in years. ????“

“Normally I would support this place. But now I will say I'm very disappointed in this situation they have put in. Right now we are living in a hotel and I asked for two smaller pizzas boxes because it's easier to separate for three people. They were like we have to charge you extra for the boxes yet it's no different than getting your order to go I don't see them charging for that“

“The food is excellent and the service is quite good. Recommend the chicken tortilla soup, carne asada, polo secco, and the salsa is quite fresh and tasty as well. The atmosphere is clean and bright with a south of the border flair. A full bar and daily specials are also featured.“

“First time ordering from here after finding it on a Google search and my normal place was closed. Had the jerk chicken which was very good, was fresh and a good size portion. The chicken was cooked well and wasn't overloaded with gravy like some places it was just right. The cabbage was cooked really well. Also had a beef patty which if a Jamaican restaurant can't make those they just need to close lol. This one was good and packed a little punch of spice which I like. I'll def be back but maybe they should do some extra signage so people know it's back there since it's kinda off a busy street.“

“Ordered grilled chicken with rice. They loaded it with chicken, it's not how most restaurants where they give you a ton of rice and very little meat. I actually ate in my entree for 2 1/2 days (I bought this for lunch at work). Very affordable and the food was actually good, I really enjoyed it. The rice was flavorful.“
