The other shift manager was always on her phone, never greeted you, never made sure the food was hot and fresh, display was always a mess and her facial expression always made you feel like she preferred you eat elsewhere. “Freddy’s is a great restaurant that serves the best frozen custard in town. Reasonably priced and easy access. They also have a dining club that offers different levels of free food up to $10.00 off. The staff is friendly and that means the managers got it right in their hiring processes.“

My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. Thank you Jacob, You made our day. <3“

“Love the food, love the service. This store has constant, heavy traffic but every time I go I am surprised at how fast I get my food. Next time I go I am going to see if I can remember to see this one lady's name. She works the counter and register and she is so nice, friendly and efficient I think she is a big part of why this particular Chick-fil-A runs so smoothly.“

“I had to wait a while for my food but it was worth it. The chicken tenders were really hot so they were obviously freshly cooked. The only downside to that is that the chicken was significantly fresher than the fries. The staff was very nice and it was a smooth transaction. I didn’t mind waiting and liked that I didn’t have to drive away from the window to wait. I would recommend this location. They also weren’t stingy with the napkins so that’s always appreciated!“

“The chicken gizzards here are a winner! For 7.99 with extra sauce.... perfection. We travel 1.5 hours to Hampton to enjoy the day throughout there and always stop by Chic-A-Sea to grab a quick lunch, and it never gets old or changes! The gizzards are sooo good!

Parking: The space is limited, so you kind of have to squeeze your way in, but it's so worth it!“

“My son favors their chicken tenders!!! everything is hot crispy and on point!!! Love their food and don't mind waiting for fresh 10 pack of tenders. Pictured in the photo is Zach, he and I lived in a hotel last summer for a few weeks and his go to dinner was fresh tenders almost every time I asked him what he wanted! Kid-friendliness: My sons are picky eaters and these foods are incredible!!! ? I'd ask for plain cheeseburgers and they deliver. I ask for fresh chicken tenders and they deliver. Hot Ham and cheese sandwiches are good for kids also!“

“It has been a while 6 or more years since I've dined in, but I decided to do it. It was rainy, so the floors were wet. The finishing of the floors made me worry that someone could slip if not wearing good shoes. The service kiosk for payment wasn't working, but the employees made sure you were still able to pay quickly. The food also came quickly, so that was great. One of the 2 soda machines has a lot of variety, but some of the flavors were unavailable. The second machine wasn't on at all.“

“This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. “I just wanted to say I stopped in today. There have been a lot of menu changes which has nothing to do with the location that's all corporate. Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. “They forgot my straws and bbq sauce. I didn't notice until I was too fat away to go back. You would think that if you have someone 2 drinks that straws is an automatic item to follow. And when they ask you what king of sauce you want and you tell them bbq that they put it in the bag. Food was good and it was still warm when we ate it.“

Only issue I saw was the counter employee texting on her phone all the time. How about stocking or cleaning the tables and floor in the dinning room. Your not paid to text. But thats the managers discretion.“

“Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. The teenager that took orders and bagged them moved as quickly as his teenage mind and hands could move. Each day we as consumers want “fast food”, fresh, and without mistake. Not realizing that we’re dealing with people, not machines. The store is under staffed, yet they still give us options on choosing to come inside or be outside in the drive thru. Be kind to these young and older men and women. They’re working to provide for their families or themselves and deserve some grace. If you don’t have patience when you see everyone is working hard. Take your behind home and cook for yourself. Huffing, puffing, and poking your chest out won’t get you fed any faster if they’re short on staff. I’m not saying its wrong to get frustrated sometimes. I do as well, but when it’s clear that everyone is doing all that they can, be patient or go home.“

“To the General Manager of this establishment, you did a wonderful job hiring Anthony as a Manager. I couldn't believe he was the manager.

Honestly, I don't do well with young people, however , the staff that was scheduled for this Saturday, August 31 night shift was phenomenal. They truly taught me, don't judge the book by its cover and all young people are Not the same. Their customer service skills was on point from the time you walked in until your order was completed.

The most rewarding was watching them change their gloves as they touched different objects while preparing your food. The three of them made sure your order was prepared the way they would have their own , the accuracy of your order was correct, and the team work was on point.

Way to go Subway, these three young people are on their way to management status. Please continue to pour into them where they already have the skills to flourish . I will definitely spend my hard working money here again, as long as this customer service team is scheduled.
