“This is the first time I have gone to this location and the experience was pleasant. I am not sure if this is contributed to Teyanna, but since she has been there, it is definitely much better. The other shift manager was always on her phone, never greeted you, never made sure the food was hot and fresh, display was always a mess and her facial expression always made you feel like she preferred you eat elsewhere. “Ate at this location on Sunday at around 5pm (9/7/25). First time and wow I was amazed at how great the customer service was. The young lady working the register was really friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Even asked how much ice I wanted in my cup and checked on me occasionally while I was eating to make sure everything was good. Gotta say the customer service at this location would give chick fil a a run for their money. Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be returning.“

“just had to share. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. “Freddy’s is a great restaurant that serves the best frozen custard in town. Reasonably priced and easy access. They also have a dining club that offers different levels of free food up to $10.00 off. The staff is friendly and that means the managers got it right in their hiring processes.“

“So the manager and the assistant manager are very nice to deal with, they always make sure that you have what you need, and our very friendly, but the other employees that work there or kind of racial in my opinion, when you go in there if you're white, they totally ignore you when you try to talk to them, and they seem like they don't like white people. I was in there this past Sunday getting breakfast, and I still had standoffish attitudes. Maybe the people that own it can do something about it, it's not good for business.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Driveway is VERY steep and falls to offer pedestrians or wheelchair users room to stay clear of auto traffic entering from busy highway. No walkway connection between public sidewalk and location's entrances.“

“The chicken gizzards here are a winner! For 7.99 with extra sauce.... perfection. We travel 1.5 hours to Hampton to enjoy the day throughout there and always stop by Chic-A-Sea to grab a quick lunch, and it never gets old or changes! The gizzards are sooo good!

“At the risk of sounding dramatic, this is the best Taco Bell on the planet and it needs to be said. I have never had an issue with my order here and the staff is amazing. I have never seen a Taco Bell with such a positive and happy staff in my life. Everyone there exudes positivity and friendliness. Every single time I come here, the ladies working the counter are amazing. The entire team seems to get along. I’ve waited an hour for Taco Bell before at other locations but even during peak hours, this place always has it together. Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. “Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened“

“Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. The teenager that took orders and bagged them moved as quickly as his teenage mind and hands could move. Each day we as consumers want “fast food”, fresh, and without mistake. Not realizing that we’re dealing with people, not machines. The store is under staffed, yet they still give us options on choosing to come inside or be outside in the drive thru. Be kind to these young and older men and women. They’re working to provide for their families or themselves and deserve some grace. If you don’t have patience when you see everyone is working hard. Take your behind home and cook for yourself. Huffing, puffing, and poking your chest out won’t get you fed any faster if they’re short on staff. I’m not saying its wrong to get frustrated sometimes.
