“I think in general many people find it easier to complain than to give kudos. I stopped in at the Starbucks today and I’m so glad I did. My greeting as soon as I walked in the door, just put a smile on my face. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The employees looked happy, whether they were having a bad day or not. It was very uplifting. Of course, my coffee is delicious. I had a Horchata shaken espresso.

Drink was a venti pumpkin spice with light ice, was made perfectly which is kinda rare when I ask for light ice.
Food was simple a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Bagel was toasted great so no complaints.
Big thing was the two ladies sitting behind me were accidentally overcharged. They didn't catch it but the person at the register came over explained it and made her order complimentary. Simple things like this due to a small mistake is the right way to do things and was good to see.
Id recommend. If I'm in the area I will return.
Parking: If you can't find a spot up close or the line is too long there is plenty of parking just before entering thier lot especially for large vehicles as the DOT was using the lot as a staging area as well.“

This Starbucks is in a great location right next to Walmart, super easy to stop by before or after shopping. The staff is always friendly and fast, and my drink is made just right every time. The store is clean and bright inside, and the drive-thru is usually quick too. I love coming here for my morning coffee or a midday pick-me-up!“
“This morning I made my usual purchase of coffee and lemon loaf using the Starbucks App,
I went to the store, took my order and left, on the way I got ready to eat, with the coffee everything was perfect, but the lemon loaf was divided into 3 pieces, and it was a bad impression for me, I had never received the product in that state, it made me distrustful because I can't know why the product was that way, or if they dropped it and placed it that way in the bag or what!, I took a picture of the lemon loaf as proof. Starbucks has always lived up to my expectations and that is why I am a loyal customer, I would like to know what I can say about it, or if it happens again how should I proceed? Thank you.“
