EVERY TIME I stop at this McDonalds it is FAST, the service is wonderful, the fries are always HOT AND FRESH, and the sandwich is always perfect. This mcd is a treasure. I don’t stop anywhere else. “Love 7 Brew and I'm glad they are finally in the area. I've been visiting this location since opening, and it used to be my number 1 stop. Lately service hasn't been amazing, i'm not sure if workers are just tired or what. The OG crew was always friendly and held conversations. Several times this week I was met with attitude and annoyance when ordering like it was a burden to be there. Yesterday, my drink was almost dropped on me because the server was joking with co-workers and not paying attention.

I still will visit, because they make amazing drinks. However, I hope workers get the rest they need and find their enjoyment at 7 brew again. (Miss the Good Vibes)“

“This is a straight drive-thru cofffee shop.They offer a good assortment of drinks, friendly service and fairly quick pick up, although the lines may be a little long. I must caution you that you need to be careful at the entrance and exit merges as this needs to be set up better.“

“SO happy Great Harvest is open again. The new ownership is fantastic and so welcoming. We just stopped in for a quick lunch and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes, so we said we could take our food to go; they said, “absolutely not,” and gave us a free muffin and cookie! The decor and new layout is exactly what the shop needed. It was always a cute and cozy place, but the vibe it has now fits way better, and the “something” that was lacking before is finally here. And of course, the food was superb. The menu is the same (SO happy about that!) but it feels elevated, and more thoughtful now. Absolutely thrilled to have Great Harvest back and better than ever, and we can’t wait to go back!“

The person behind the counter told me before I ordered that the card reader wasn’t working and I could only pay with the app or cash, which was good to know before I ordered!
I ordered a grande matcha latte whole milk and a chocolate croissant.

Ended up parking for a minute with my laptop to do some work and only realized about fifteen minutes later that my food/drink hadn’t come out.
I went to the register to check on that and apparently the scan hadn’t gone through, but the team working handled it so kindly and made me a new drink and warmed my croissant so quickly. They didn’t have to rush since I was working in store, but they hustled and handled it like it was nothing.

Starbucks, fix your equipment. Your teams shouldn’t have to deal with faulty issues that could end up having them being treated unfairly for something out of their control. Looking back at previous reviews I see this has been going on a month and that’s inexcusable. That’s how you lose great employees like the ones who helped me today. :)“

Add a tip section to this one because the barista helped me in a pinch when they were busy because I wanted the chocolate covered strawberry frappe but hot and they don't have it standard so off the top of her head she made a hot mocha with strawberry and cold whip on top and even let me add on almondmilk without getting upset. Tastes great!!!!!! Made my day. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They make the world a better place.“

“This is my go to Starbucks when I'm in or near Westchester. Customer service rates above 5 stars and beverage accuracy is up there too. NOTE While there is also a stand alone store in this shopping center their parking is horrific and customer service is merely okay.“

“You can tell that there is some unrest in the company. The employees deserve better than what Startbucks is doing to them. Their tomato and mozzarella sandwich looks delicious, but when I ordered it, it looked nothing like the picture, and tasted like it was frozen, and rubbery bread.“

The cashier's are always pleasant and give good service, and my wait has never been long. I usually order a Pink Drink and it always turns out great !“
