The staff is warm, friendly, and provides consistently outstanding service. For the high quality of products, the prices are very reasonable. We find ourselves returning multiple times a month because we love it so much. One of our favorite traditions is having our coffee grounds read each year! It’s a fun and surprisingly accurate experience to share with friends! 😃”

Annie the coordinator was so flexible and so informative with myself and my husband and made the planing process so smooth. When we entered the place, valet parking was so easy! This was a Saturday evening and it felt too easy. The front staff set the tone and the ambience created a picture for a wonderful evening. We entered a fully set private room 30 min prior to our guest arrival time. Wow!!!! Lourdes and Gary were so accommodating! Lourdes is one to remember because she really made the experience grand. Her smile and her patience with a party of 16 really did show up and shine on Saturday. The food came out so beautifully made, timely and was very appetizing. We will be back! We will talk about this place to others.

“It was hard to get table waited 30 mins it was during busy period. We always get lettuce wraps, lomein, and shrimp. Its our go to basic Chinese place but very expensive. On the menu there is a chefs meal option where's its a set od dishes dor 20 dollars looks solid good for another 1 person wirh you to share.”

The drinks and food are expensive at the Mosaic location. and there for very few people there. As soon as anyone in the restaurant needed anything, we witnessed him assisting the service staff to make sure that it was done immediately. He is the type of manager that people dream of! Wish he were on my team. Luis was our server and was great! He was on top of our every need, was attentive, and easily on of the best servers I've ever had. To round out the team, Juan was behind Luis with any additional support that we needed. Quiet professional with great service; Quick, fast, and in a hurry. The ambiance of the restaurant is hard to find in DC. It was quiet enough for a one on one conversation, but energetic enough to make sure that we were not bored. The food was top notch! My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.”

“This small place packs a ton of fun, flavor, and hospitality. My entire family loves this restaurant and we have a great time taking in all of the sites and tastes. The Ramen is out of this world and my kids get a kick out of the kids menu. This place is great and does not have a ton of seats, but it’s worth the trip and any brief wait! The staff take care of you like you are in their house. Oh, and don’t forget to check out the bathroom! You’ll know what we’re talking about.”

“I hosted a friend’s birthday party at ShipGarten and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the staff was absolutely amazing. They made the entire planning process easy and stress-free, with clear, quick, and efficient communication every step of the way. They were incredibly accommodating. The food was great, my favorites were the funnel cake fries and the guacamole. The Cider was delicious!!! The venue itself is fantastic for hosting events, and I highly recommend ShipGarten for birthdays, gatherings, or any special occasion. One of the things I love most is that they also host dog-friendly events, which makes the place even more special! I had an amazing time and will absolutely be using ShipGarten for future events!!!”

“I am so glad that they have been consistent for the last 6 years I have been their customer. I come here every single month.

1. Cake/bakery
This is their main jam. Cake prices went up by $10 per cake in the last 5 years, so smaller cake is minimum of $40-45 and medium to large cakes are $55+ with tax etc.

2. Sandwich: They have egg salad, tuna salad, chicken and korean beef salad. The key is consistency! Same taste and quality every time, that is what makes a business stay in the long run.

3. Service: not good anymore. This part went down quite a bit. Manager should note. They are rushing us and not courteous. This is how you LOSE customers. If there is no one behind the person and if their phone isn't pulling up your app fast enough, don't be mean!

4. App/rewards: I come here over shilla or breeze etc other korean bakeries because they have rewards program that actually works and this is why I stay with them.”

“Astonishingly good. Can’t go wrong with this order: beef chow fun, Chinese broccoli with garlic, salt fish fried rice with chicken. Always read into the reviews before you dine… this place has bad reviews because of service…which I’ll agree is average.. but the food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We ordered a to go order 30 minutes before closing and it came out perfect. You see this sear on this garlic clove.. I can’t begin to describe the attention to detail to cooking surfaces, heat, and the right amount of oil to sear garlic in this way. Nothing was burnt, veggies were crispy, everything was fresh, beef in the Chow Fun was a melty tender ribeye. Superb… just flawless execution here. This is attentive cooking in high temp woks using fresh ingredients and clean oil.
Will certainly look to dine in next time we’re in Virginia. If you want good service with mediocre food, visit Peking Gourmet… last I checked nobody is ordering Chinese food for the service.”
