“I live in Florida and I recently got a chance to visit BLYSS Ice Cream & Dessert on a recent trip to Norfolk. First of all, when you step into the store it is decorated beautifully. We were soo impressed with the variety of flavors they offer. I tried the strawberry cheesecake sundae and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The prices are also reasonable and the staff is super friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!😊“

“I want to highlight the amazing service I received today (September 19th at 8:24pm), thanks to Mike. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, Mike greeted us warmly. There was a customer before us with a larger order. That order caused the store to get a little backed up and led to a long line, but Mike still took the time to acknowledge us and let us know he’d be right with us.

Once he finished with the customers ahead of us, he thanked us sincerely for our patience and then took our order with a positive attitude and professionalism. During checkout, he went above and beyond by explaining the rewards system in detail (how many points you earn per dollar, etc.), which was super helpful.

It’s important to note that Mike was the only employee up front handling all the customers, yet he managed to keep things moving while maintaining excellent customer service and a great attitude.
