I didn’t take a photo due to being over excited but the portions are more than fair for what you pay. The hot sauce is VERY hot for me personally but I like it. The salata that comes with the entree is so fresh and tasty. The chicken is perfectly cooked - tender and seasoned deliciously. Even the rice is a masterpiece. We also highly recommend the pakora chips! They’re crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the outside, seasoned, and made fresh to order. We were even told by the staff that we were welcome to sit and make ourselves comfortable while we waited for the chips since they are made to order but our food was done so fast we barely had a chance to! We’re not done eating but we’ve already agreed this will be our Saturday night go to. For 2 people getting 2 platters and a side of pakora chips it was just $30. You’d spend more per person getting dinner from any other restaurant around.“

“Pretty standard Chick Fil A, nice and clean and full of friendly people. The play area for kids is big though the play structure inside is small, with only one small wall for the toddlers. “This is a really cool spot. The inside is nicely decorated, with lots of dog pictures!! They have lots of options. You can get the hot dogs as beef, veggie, or chicken. I got the Buffalo (blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, sriracha, and ranch) and House (onion relish, mustard, mayo, celery salt) I really enjoyed both, especially the House Dog!! This is a Black owned, gourmet hot dog spot! Very cool!“

“This branch is very impressive, unlike the 2-3 other branches I've visited.
- It's a kid-friendly branch, featuring a children's zone that's about 15ft x 10ft in size, as well as organizing events for children on certain days and times. The restroom has a step stool for children to reach the sink to wash their hands.
- There are many staff members who constantly walk around, asking and taking care of customers.
- The indoor seating area has about 20-25 tables for four people, including regular tables and a counter bar. There are 3-4 tables outside.
- It has a separate parking area from other plaza zones and a drive-thru.
- The restroom has tissue paper, soap, hand sanitizer available, as well as a diaper changing station.
- The day I visited was Thursday around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was packed and full of children, with only about 2-3 empty tables. The drive-thru had a continuous queue of at least 5-6 cars.

[Personal Opinion]
- This branch is suitable for families with children but not for people seeking peace and quiet because there are quite a lot of children who are noisy and running around everywhere.
- The restaurant size isn't very large, and the interior space feels quite crowded and cramped.
- The staff at this branch seem to be very well-trained. Everyone constantly asks about customers' needs and satisfaction and regularly cleans various areas.
- If you plan to buy food via the drive-thru, you might have to wait in line for a while because, as far as I could see, there were a lot of customers at that time.“

Even with the change-up, Yanci was all smiles, super polite, and just plain delightful. Friendly, fast, and professional with a great attitude—and let’s be honest, that’s rare these days. “Just swung by the Chick-fil-A at North Point Village Center, and it lived up to the hype! The chicken sandwich was, as always, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and those waffle fries? Still the best in the game. The service was also super friendly and efficient, even during what looked like a busy time. While I didn't do delivery, I overheard a couple of folks mentioning some recent order issues, so maybe dine-in is the safer bet for now. Overall though, still a solid and satisfying fast-food experience.“

“I ordered here on a Sunday afternoon through their app. The place was clean when I went in and there weren’t many customers. I was picking up a Vanilla milkshake but the cashier had a slight delay trying to find where it was. They eventually remembered that they put it in the fridge, which was fine haha. I appreciate that they took care to keep my milkshake cold instead of leaving it out. The milkshake was a good treat for a hot summer day!“

“All McDonald's should be the same across the DMV I WAS IN FAIRFAX COUNTY no McDonald's I can compare it to not in SE Washington, DC; PG County or Alexandria, Va. In Fairfax there was a lady constantly wiping down tables keep the soda counter clean it was and amazing to see how clean that McDonald was kept. Manager even brought the food to one person table. Just excellent customer service. I felt like I had travel out of DMV.“
