“The lady at the first window didn’t give us the correct change, my boyfriend very kindly went back and explained to her the mistake, in which she responded by muttering “God forbid I don’t give you a dollar” then at the 2nd window the male threw both of our straws into the car window saying “Kobe” after throwing the first straw onto the floor then saying “Shaq” as he threw the second onto the floor of the car. I have no idea what this means or why he threw the straws at us or said this. And I don’t know why she was so rude about us kindly asking for our correct change. Horrible experience.“

“We frequently get take-out subs and salads from the Poquoson Subway. There are great variety of subs that they Subway staff can make for you and you can either eat-in or take-out. Also, most people don't realize that any sub order can also be ordered as a salad that doesn't include the bread. We enjoy the Honey Oat and Wheat buns for our take-out subs. The Subway preparation team are friendly, courteous, and polite. This Subway also has available 4 types of cookies to top-off your meals. The subs provided are filling and delicious.“

The chicken I got wasn't as crispy and that kind of threw me off too. I honestly didn't even eat very much of it which was a huge waste of $20 because my son didn't even want his.. but the people were still kind.“

“I've used the drive-thru at this location several times and love the ability to customize the order online prior to arriving. I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. Food is consistently hot and so are the fries 🍟! 🙂 If you’re feeling like Arby’s avoid the one on Oriana and drive here instead. “Qdoba virgin but have been to other chains like Moe’s, Chipotle, etc… this food was different. It tasted so fresh and had a ton of flavor. The staff working was so friendly and helpful. 11/10 will be returning. Accidentally ate all my food before I could take a picture.“

“Ok yes it's another fast food place. However every time I have a chance I drive thru for a sausage basket ok 2, always hot fresh and fast. I have not tried other menu items as I typically avoid fast food I'm thinking this is actually good food fast. Give it a try and see if I'm wrong.“

“I been hearing about this place for years. So I tried the gizzard dinner with fries. The gizzards was great the fries tasted freezer burnt. They could include the drink with the dinner but it was separate. Total was $12. They drive thru is a little different they bring the order out to you.“

“My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

I dont know what they are slipping into these doritos locos taco supremes from this joint but i crave them 24/7. And heres the best part. They aint never gone skimp ever. “I don’t know who the manager is at this location but word of advice is to never ever get rid of Paul He has the most exemplary customer service I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. He was so friendly and attentive. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but even if the food is nasty, I would come back just for his service. “Came into this establishment with my daughter to get something to eat yesterday. It was very clean on the inside and service was quick and efficient. The food came out hot and fresh! “This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. “First time I ordered here, I accidently ordered from the app while sitting in a Taco Bell up the road. I am not normally in this area. Everyone here was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was really good. I hadn’t eaten Taco Bell in a while and started eating here again in the past few months. Every time I eat at this particular restaurant the employees are always so friendly. It is fun to listen to the banter while I wait for my food. “It seems like most Pizza Huts have gone to take out (economic reasons I guess). Use to be restaurant style. But the pizzas are still excellent. They now offer several different types of pizzas trying to accommodate different tastes. They still offer deals to entice people to buy Pizza Hut - pizza joints everywhere. So if you can strike a deal, price is good and Pizza is always yummy.“

“This is the only location that my family will get our pizza from. The food is always fresh and hot when we pick it up. The folks working there are always friendly and ask if we need playes or anything like that. I will recommend this location to everyone.“

“Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened“

“Just had the sub-erior experience of my life at Subway today. Varry and Jonas weren’t just making sandwiches — they were crafting works of art. These guys didn’t loaf around either; they really rose to the occasion.

Varry layered my toppings with such precision, I swear he must be a “pro-dough-cer.” And Jonas? Dude wrapped my sandwich so perfectly it could’ve won a “wrap battle.”

The vibes were fresh, the bread was fresher, and the service was so good I almost asked them to lettuce stay longer. If every Subway had a Varry and Jonas, the world would be a much butter place.“
