“The lady at the first window didn’t give us the correct change, my boyfriend very kindly went back and explained to her the mistake, in which she responded by muttering “God forbid I don’t give you a dollar” then at the 2nd window the male threw both of our straws into the car window saying “Kobe” after throwing the first straw onto the floor then saying “Shaq” as he threw the second onto the floor of the car. I have no idea what this means or why he threw the straws at us or said this. And I don’t know why she was so rude about us kindly asking for our correct change. Horrible experience.“

“We frequently get take-out subs and salads from the Poquoson Subway. There are great variety of subs that they Subway staff can make for you and you can either eat-in or take-out. Also, most people don't realize that any sub order can also be ordered as a salad that doesn't include the bread. We enjoy the Honey Oat and Wheat buns for our take-out subs. The Subway preparation team are friendly, courteous, and polite. This Subway also has available 4 types of cookies to top-off your meals. The subs provided are filling and delicious.“

“Ate at this location on Sunday at around 5pm (9/7/25). First time and wow I was amazed at how great the customer service was. The young lady working the register was really friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Even asked how much ice I wanted in my cup and checked on me occasionally while I was eating to make sure everything was good. Gotta say the customer service at this location would give chick fil a a run for their money. Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be returning.“

“just had to share. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. “Freddy’s is a great restaurant that serves the best frozen custard in town. Reasonably priced and easy access. They also have a dining club that offers different levels of free food up to $10.00 off. The staff is friendly and that means the managers got it right in their hiring processes.“

“So the manager and the assistant manager are very nice to deal with, they always make sure that you have what you need, and our very friendly, but the other employees that work there or kind of racial in my opinion, when you go in there if you're white, they totally ignore you when you try to talk to them, and they seem like they don't like white people. I bought it to the assistant manager's attention, and she said she cannot help what they do when she's not there, but she would mention it to them. I was in there this past Sunday getting breakfast, and I still had standoffish attitudes. Maybe the people that own it can do something about it, it's not good for business.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Driveway is VERY steep and falls to offer pedestrians or wheelchair users room to stay clear of auto traffic entering from busy highway. No walkway connection between public sidewalk and location's entrances.“

“The chicken gizzards here are a winner! For 7.99 with extra sauce.... perfection. We travel 1.5 hours to Hampton to enjoy the day throughout there and always stop by Chic-A-Sea to grab a quick lunch, and it never gets old or changes! The gizzards are sooo good!

“At the risk of sounding dramatic, this is the best Taco Bell on the planet and it needs to be said. I have never had an issue with my order here and the staff is amazing. I have never seen a Taco Bell with such a positive and happy staff in my life. Everyone there exudes positivity and friendliness. Every single time I come here, the ladies working the counter are amazing. The entire team seems to get along. I’ve waited an hour for Taco Bell before at other locations but even during peak hours, this place always has it together. I never do the drive thru at night so I can’t speak to that, but I will go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell before I choose another. Keep up the amazing teamwork, it is definitely noticed.“

“I just wanted to say I stopped in today. There have been a lot of menu changes which has nothing to do with the location that's all corporate. Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. “Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened“

“Good morning let me tell you about Hardee's on Aberdeen they are the best I love coming in there in the morning everybody is so friendly . I love their customer service. They have a new GM in there now I don't remember her name but I know her and she is wonderful she's always smiling and always said good morning Mrs Burton and it really makes me feel good when they know you by your name . I guess that means I come in there regular since they know me by my name but I love coming in there. And then we have the district manager Ms. Linda she's always so nice to me .well she's nice to everybody she always makes you feel welcome and I love that she always asks me how my dad is doing. And then we have the shift managers that's always nice and friendly. I would give the store 10 thumbs up. And I can't forget about the back of the house the kitchen great. The young man that takes care of the chicken 10 Stars when I tell you that chicken is so good that chicken is good sometimes I try to wait and come in now just a little bit late so I can get some chicken cuz it's good y'all's chicken is better than the other chicken places.
