“I love a good chicken sandwich and this one is halal so I was extra excited to try this place! Red bird is located in the shopping between a nail salon and hair salon. There are 6 tables, each seating four guests. The cashier was very polite, assisting me with my choices and helping me understand heat levels. The chicken sandwich is on a yummy bun (potato bun?) dressed with a crunchy veggie slaw which is really good. It's not as spicy as Hangry Joe's (where you have to sign a waiver to order the hottest level) so feel free to lean into the spice!“

“I stopped by this Chick fil A while in uniform and was really impressed with the level of care and customer service. The manager on shift went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. Truly one of the best Chick fil A experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location.“

“Just swung by the Chick-fil-A at North Point Village Center, and it lived up to the hype! The chicken sandwich was, as always, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and those waffle fries? Still the best in the game. The service was also super friendly and efficient, even during what looked like a busy time. While I didn't do delivery, I overheard a couple of folks mentioning some recent order issues, so maybe dine-in is the safer bet for now. Overall though, still a solid and satisfying fast-food experience.“

“The staff was friendly and well trained. This is a new location in 2025. They encourage ordering at the kiosk or app, but they will help you. We used coupons, and they made sure we paid at the counter so we could use them. The fries and shakes were delicious and quick.“

“Today i came in for my usual sandwich, i always request if they can add onions before toasting my sandwich. Michael suggested it would be even better if he toasted it on the side and then add it in my sandwich for a better flavor. He then went the above and beyond to finish my order with enthusiasm!! I love people who love their job and what they do! and he definitely was right, the onions tasted wayyy better in my sandwich. Thank youuu I’ll be back :)“
