“We went with someone that has been several times before. Very busy place, but I guess that's typical for this place for brunch. They have a fairly wide variety of breakfast/brunch item on the menu as well as some unusual ones (fried parsnip chips?). The food was excellent. The table service was as quick and as efficient as it could be in spite of how busy they were. Definitely worth returning to...“

“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“

“We were a party of 6. High table near the bar. A Saturday night. We had a great time and were never rushed.
Our food was good and quick. Our drinks were the same.
I had fish tacos, which were great! 3 came in the order. I ordered onion rings with them because I was expecting less than I got. I didn't need the onion rings.
We got there @ 5:30 and stayed for 3 hours. Again, I never felt rushed to exit the joint. Our server even said we could spend the night if we wanted. Rare for a busy place on a Saturday night.
Parking was limited behind the building. But, as I typed, we got there early, so no trouble finding parking.
I would go back.“

I decided to get the pork loin, and it was delicious! My fiancé loved his steak. It was perfection. Our waitress was amazing and so thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. the atmosphere was casual yet somewhat formal and we had a blast! Can't forget about how scrumptious those rolls were too! “I had an amazing experience there because the fiesta lime chicken is to die for and my server, (Jericha,) is an amazing person and server who literally took care of me and catered my every request, and made sure I wasn't missing anything and wasn't thirsty and explained all the special's in detail and all the good bundle deal's. “Got the Thai chicken on curry and cheesesteak on white. Both big and tasty, but 2/3 of the Thai was rice and 2/3 of the cheesesteak was filled with lettuce. Curry wrap was good! If there was a little more protein in each and chicken wasn’t bland I’d go 5 star. Still a solid lunch spot.“

“The Shelburne Tap House is one of my favorite local spots, right outside Burlington. Great place to bring friends and family to enjoy a nice meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is terrific (with lots of options for all), and the staff is lovely! Highly recommend going here.“

“I’m giving them 5 stars, but be careful if you order Ruben’s Reuben. Because Ruben Reuben isn’t a real Reuben unless you ask for a Ruben’s Reuben specifically with corned beef. Otherwise, you just get a turkey sandwich. But just know that it will be the best turkey sandwich you ever consumed in your life. Seriously amazing, I loved it. But it wasn’t corned beef. It wasn’t a Reuben. You live and you learn. And I was lucky enough to learn such a valuable lesson here at Ruben James by ordering Ruben’s Reuben, which turned out not to be an actual Reuben because it was just a turkey sandwich. Great restaurant though.“

Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. The sliders are probably the best thing on their menu.“

“I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please check it out, you won't be disappointed!“

“Stopped in for a Sunday lunch after going to the bird museum. Good spinach amlnd artichoke dip, along with the sticky icky chicken nachos. It was wonderful to taste some food with actual spice in it, but the winner was the chocolate maple porter they brew on location. I can't imagine anything they brew or serve being bad and I look foward to going back.

“I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“
