“Great food, friendly service, very reasonable prices. That's what keeps me coming to Papa Nick's, usually once a week (more often in the summer). And I have to drive over the mountain from Fayston to do so. I love this place--Voula does a fantastic job. I just wish they could some day go back to having their Greek Nights on Thursdays. (They do have occasional Greek entrees but it's just not as predictable as it was before the pandemic. Then again, nothing is...) Highly recommended!“

“Simply the best sandwich place around. The bread is absolutely delicious and is what pushes their sandwiches to a 10/10 instead of just an 8 or 9. Everything else is cooked and made perfectly; excellent portions and reasonably priced. Service is fast and tireless, they work hard and it shows. I don’t often tip for pickup service, but I always will here, and at 20%+. Highly, highly recommend Paisley Hippo.“

“We arrived on a Monday night and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. We had a both in the bar area that was very comfortable. Our server was very friendly and brought drinks quickly. We got a hot honey pepperoni sausage and bacon pizza which was really good! They didn't overdo the hot honey so it wasn't too sweet, but it added a nice flavor. The meats were quality, it was a thin crust and there was additional cheese and fresh basil leaves on top. So good! The kids got chicken nachos and said the chicken was very flavorful, and the nachos were loaded with veggies. A little pricey, (about $85 before tip for a pizza, nachos and drinks) but overall a very positive experience!“

“I have been a customer of New World Tortilla for many year and hundreds of burritos. The tortillas are the best in the country. We have tried tortillas throughout the Southwest but nothing compares to New World. Also, they are amazingly consistent.
I get the chicken Vera Cruz almost every time I visit and it is always awesome. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is an excellent Restaurant.“

“First time ever coming here food was beyond amazing mussels in garlic wine sauce was spot on could have consumed the broth itself! Had the 12 oz NY strip, by far best steak in a long time, would rank my top 5! Atmosphere was great and staff was amazing! Executive chef came out to visit and see how we liked our dinner!“

“I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please check it out, you won't be disappointed!“

“On our latest trip to Vermont, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Dutch Mill & highly recommend it for breakfast and lunch. Our waitress, Jane, was a joy! The service was fast and the food arrived quickly. Jane was knowledgeable about the area and gave several suggestions regarding activities we might enjoy. We visited some area attractions based on her recommendations and they did not disappoint!! We will definitely be returning to the Dutch Mill on our next trip through VT!“

Thank you to our server Charlotte who was amazing to the entire team here. Each dish carefully and well executed in presentation and taste. The energy level this team has is like watching a well-orchestrated master piece. Each team member knew the thoughts of the others, the smiles always on their faces soon as you walk in and while you are here to the delivery of drinks and food and closing out the evening. Always helping each other with no complaints nor competitive angles or agendas just pure team work. This is a place we would love to have in our upcoming documentary. “Stopped in for a Sunday lunch after going to the bird museum. Good spinach amlnd artichoke dip, along with the sticky icky chicken nachos. It was wonderful to taste some food with actual spice in it, but the winner was the chocolate maple porter they brew on location. I can't imagine anything they brew or serve being bad and I look foward to going back.

“I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“

“Had a good meal here. We used a bunch of gift cards so dont know if i would return if paying cash. Food was good! Soup and shrimp apps tasty and large. Salads fresh. I tried the steak tips with mash and it was good. Most others had filet which was decent. Keep expectations lower and you'll be pleasantly surprised.“
