“literally the best restaurant and bar in Montpelier actually is in Middlesex about 3 miles up interstate 89- between the music, the service, and the food are all indescribablly good in light of what you might expect from a local tavern or restaurant – the food is excellent prepared and very thoughtful in it preparation; i’ve been there three or four times, and I continue to walk away, thinking it’s the best Cape secret in Central, Vermont“

Highly recommend their flight of ciders to sample what you like before you buy a 4-pack. My favorite has always been the Cider Donut Cider, but their new Hibiscus Cider is awesome. Customer service is great too. Nice place just to hang out and bring friends. Enjoy“

“One of the best meals we had while visiting VT was at the Reservoir. OMG!! The poutine appetizer was absolutely unbelievable. It was cheesy and bacony goodness. We wanted to lick the plate at the end. My smash burger was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had. Loved it so much! It was so juicy and delicious. The salad was a good side dish. My husband opted for a plain chicken sandwich instead of the hot chicken. Hot chicken would have had more flavor. My cousin loved his cheesesteak. He said it was one of the best cheesesteaks that he’s ever had. It was super juicy and delectable. My other cousin loved her mahi mahi sandwich. She wanted something different and loved it. Our waiter was very attentive, very personable and gave great food recommendations. He deserves a raise. The Reservoir is a must visit when in Waterbury. Everyone loved the food and the service. Wish it was closer. I’d be there all the time. We’ll be dreaming about it until our next trip.“

“We went in when we were in town visiting Waterbury is such a cute little town the people are all so warm and touching
The food was incredible came out pretty quick and our sever Kelsey was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed she also made us laugh quite a bit it definitely was an unforgettable dinner.… they are very lucky to have her there she doesn’t waste any time waiting on her guest will definitely return when we are in town next and we hope to see her again as well“
