“Excellent food, but surprisingly expensive, especially for Mexican. Starters are in the $12-20 range and entrees $30-38. Margaritas are $18. Total bill for four people was over $200 with two of us not drinking and 2 of us having only starters. Yikes!“

“I came in right as they opened today and was welcomed right away. I ordered a Raspberry Jalisco Mule and Tortilla Soup with shredded chicken. I have to say the soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had in a long time. you were even able to choose your flavors and spice level because a plate was brought out with tortillas, limes, onions, cilantro, chili crisp, avocado, jalapeno, and I don't remember the other seasoning but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try more of the menu and continue to support local! Diablo's is definitely a place that should be on everyone's list to at least try and then frequent.“

“Surprisingly very good Mexican cuisine in East Bremerton, auth tic atmosphere, prices have remained affordable in these trying times. The food? Delicious and authentic. A wide range of the classic dishes, served hot and seasoned similarly to Grandma’s kitchen. With the deterioration of the available decent restaurants in Kitsap, pleased to find one that meets our expectations.
Of course, the margaritas are priced to please, particularly during happy hour, and not shorted on spirits!

“My boyfriend and I went to El Moose for his birthday last weekend. This was our first time there, and we were sooo impressed and happy with all the service we got!! All the staff was very sweet and friendly!! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and real authentic Mexican food!! Definitely made our experience worth it and we will definitely be back again!! A big thank you to the gentleman who served us as well!! “Came here on a really nice day so it was quite busy. We were sat in about 10 minutes outside. The seating outside is pretty tight (we had 4 people) so maybe sit inside if youre wanting a both or have more than 2 people. the staff was attentive and nice. Got our food in a reasonable amount of time, and it was all hot. Very tasty! Really like the jalapeño poppers. The tacos were very good. Ohhh so Is the rice! Would definitely go again. Prices wernt too bad either.“

“Skip this place. I went here twice well within their posted business hours and was turned away both times. Gave em another chance and went in for the asada fries. Price was $11.99 clearly stated on the menu. I was charged $14.99 at the register. I asked why and the guy just chuckled and said they just haven't changed their prices yet. My friend has been going here for awhile and he told me it's been over a year and they haven't changed their pricing on the menu but overcharge you at the register. This is highly unethical, deceiving and just plain bad business. You won't see me in this rip off joint ever again. Fix your menu prices. I feel like you're stealing and if I can find someone to report you to, I'm gonna ✌️“

“First, ignore the comments about the menu. They have plenty of authentic dishes and options for those who want variety. We had a burrito esencia and it was delicious. It had more flavor than most of the Mexican restaurants in the area. The burrito sauce was very good and their homemade chips were excellent, super crunchy, fresh and hot. We chose beef and it was a high quality ground beef, flavorful and not the cheap stuff so many use. The veggies were fresh and the guacamole had good flavor. I hope they work on their outside lighting and atmosphere, but honestly the food was great and that’s what really matters. The burrito was so large, my wife and I split it and still took home enough for another meal.“

“First of all, this is one of our absolute favorite taco trucks in the area. Their asada is amazing and even their bean and cheese burrito is out of this world. Their flour tortillas are clearly fresh. My partner (who LOVES sauces) is a huge fan of all of their salsas. I trusted them enough to cater my wedding and they did not disappoint! I don’t even normally like corn tortillas but they tasted amazing. Both the chicken and beef were full of flavor and NOT even close to dry. They did a great job, thank you for always being amazing!“

But I’m 98% sure there was zero alcohol in my drink. Usually in the margs here the tequila flavor is prominent and after one large one I leave with a slight buzz but this time there was no tequila flavor and I felt absolutely nothing from the marg… bartender probably just assumed I wanted a non-alc drink since my husband did but that was definitely not the case nor what I ordered.“

“My husband and I moved to Poulsbo last year, and we have since tried a few Mexican restaurants in the area. Everything in the area really has been so good - and then we tried Taqueria Chatita. I’ll put it this way, we haven’t been anywhere else since for Mexican food! We have been multiple times now and every time the food is incredibly delicious! I could eat the al pastor tacos every day. And the birria is also SO GOOD. Prices are great, service is fast (but would be worth the wait if there was a wait!), and the food is fresh and comforting. We are lucky we live so close by - it’s so easy to stop by and order to go. They also have some cute tables outside that we will definitely use when the weather gets warmer. Anyway, I cannot recommend Taqueria Chatita enough. On top of the amazing food, the employees are very kind and friendly. I haven’t tried EVERYTHING on the menu yet, but I’m confident I could order anything and I’d love it!! Please give them a try, I’m getting hungry just writing this review!“
