“Fantastic! Had a Saturday lunch with a group and everything was amazing. Shrimp taco was huge and flavorful. Best mole enchiladas I’ve had in a long time. Mahi mahi Baja bowl was so tasty. Couple folks got Pozole that was out of this world. Great presentation and service too. This is a must see spot only 15 mins from the main downtown area.“

“I came in right as they opened today and was welcomed right away. I ordered a Raspberry Jalisco Mule and Tortilla Soup with shredded chicken. I have to say the soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had in a long time. you were even able to choose your flavors and spice level because a plate was brought out with tortillas, limes, onions, cilantro, chili crisp, avocado, jalapeno, and I don't remember the other seasoning but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try more of the menu and continue to support local! Diablo's is definitely a place that should be on everyone's list to at least try and then frequent.“

“I’ve been going here since I was little and never once have I had a bad experience with the staff, the food, allergy issues, seating or anything else you could dream of. I genuinely challenge you to find a bad item on the menu

It gets a little loud sometimes when it’s packed but if you ask you can always be seated in the much quieter back or even outside in the summer.
This is genuinely my favorite restaurant ever and I though I might as well give a review now that I’m moving away lol“

“Food is super tasty, fresh , fast and satisfying. However, I have had issues with add ons. If I pay for an add on I expect to get enough. I've added avocado and litteraly got one slice. I've added sour cream and got less than teaspoon in a huge burrito. Other than that, I love this truck and will keep coming back because it is delicious and convenient! Just won't pay for add ons anymore.“

“My boyfriend and I went to El Moose for his birthday last weekend. This was our first time there, and we were sooo impressed and happy with all the service we got!! All the staff was very sweet and friendly!! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and real authentic Mexican food!! Definitely made our experience worth it and we will definitely be back again!! “An absolute must try for anyone who even vaguely enjoys mexican food. I get an adobada burrito with a diet coke every tuesday for lunch and it is a highlight of my week. The burrito is imo the best ive ever had, and i used to live in LA! The tortilla, the quality and ratio of the fillings, the delicious meat, it all comes together to create an experience that cheers me up for the rest of the day no matter how rough the morning was. The staff of course are polite and professional and the service is always quick, definitely deserving of a hefty tip. The sitting area is clean, comfortable, indoors, and with enough space that ive never had to wait for a table. Quality control is top notch, with every burrito coming out the same every time ive ordered. If there ever was a perfect food truck, this is it. I know im glazing them so hard it might sound like this is a fake review, but i promise that im a real person with high standards for my burritos at that, check my other google reviews if you dont believe me. Overall 5/5, if this place closes i WILL cry“

“Skip this place. I went here twice well within their posted business hours and was turned away both times. Gave em another chance and went in for the asada fries. Price was $11.99 clearly stated on the menu. I was charged $14.99 at the register. I asked why and the guy just chuckled and said they just haven't changed their prices yet. My friend has been going here for awhile and he told me it's been over a year and they haven't changed their pricing on the menu but overcharge you at the register. This is highly unethical, deceiving and just plain bad business. You won't see me in this rip off joint ever again. Fix your menu prices. I feel like you're stealing and if I can find someone to report you to, I'm gonna ✌️“

“I moved to King County. In Auburn there is a toco time that just sucks. I like the #3 beef. Soft taco mexi fries and soda. You think it is taco time, but when you get your #3 you notice it is 3 garbage street tacos. I never went back. Was back in Port Orchard and went inside the menu correct and as soon as I took a bite I new I was back to a REAL TACO TIME, that taco was the bomb to the last bite. This is a true story, and I do not recommend the Auburn Taco time.“

“I actually couldn't finish my whole salad here because it was pretty big and my kids had chicken burritos and those were good.

Some people might be thrown off by this but we could order online prior and i loved that option. One thing I would say, I think it would have made it much easier and a better customer experience to have a touch screen at the counter instead of trying to navigate it on my phone.

“First of all, this is one of our absolute favorite taco trucks in the area. Their asada is amazing and even their bean and cheese burrito is out of this world. Their flour tortillas are clearly fresh. My partner (who LOVES sauces) is a huge fan of all of their salsas. I trusted them enough to cater my wedding and they did not disappoint! I don’t even normally like corn tortillas but they tasted amazing. Both the chicken and beef were full of flavor and NOT even close to dry. They did a great job, thank you for always being amazing!“

“We went out with a friend for dinner here on a Saturday night. Arrived around 6:30 and we were seated immediately. Started off ordering some jumbo sized margaritas, lime and mango. When I say jumbo sized I mean EXACTLY that..these things were HUGE! A fellow patron even commented on the size of them! Bonus points for them being extremely delicious AND potent (at least for a light weight such as myself)! For entrees we ordered the 2 pork tamales meal, the cancun platter and the pollo en crema meal. My cancun platter never fails, with the cheesy blend of crab, shrimp and chicken going well in flour tortillas. My wife's tamales were a lil underwhelming. The masa wasn't flavorful although the pork inside was quite tasty. Our friend enjoyed her pollo en crema dish, which she ordered without the mushrooms. Our server was excellent and overall the service was fantastic.“

One was the breakfast Tacoma burrito the second was the carne asada platter. Oh and the carne asada fries. Anyway if you like/love Mexican food go here!“
