“Fantastic! Had a Saturday lunch with a group and everything was amazing. Shrimp taco was huge and flavorful. Best mole enchiladas I’ve had in a long time. Mahi mahi Baja bowl was so tasty. Couple folks got Pozole that was out of this world. Great presentation and service too. This is a must see spot only 15 mins from the main downtown area.“

“I came in right as they opened today and was welcomed right away. I ordered a Raspberry Jalisco Mule and Tortilla Soup with shredded chicken. I have to say the soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had in a long time. you were even able to choose your flavors and spice level because a plate was brought out with tortillas, limes, onions, cilantro, chili crisp, avocado, jalapeno, and I don't remember the other seasoning but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try more of the menu and continue to support local! Diablo's is definitely a place that should be on everyone's list to at least try and then frequent.“

“Food is super tasty, fresh , fast and satisfying. However, I have had issues with add ons. If I pay for an add on I expect to get enough. I've added avocado and litteraly got one slice. I've added sour cream and got less than teaspoon in a huge burrito. Other than that, I love this truck and will keep coming back because it is delicious and convenient! Just won't pay for add ons anymore.“

It gets a little loud sometimes when it’s packed but if you ask you can always be seated in the much quieter back or even outside in the summer.
This is genuinely my favorite restaurant ever and I though I might as well give a review now that I’m moving away lol“

“The entrance to the door is so amazing with a well lit alley way and a welcoming presence. Then, once in the door, the staff was attentive and incredibly kind. Even with a chaotic environment due to another event occurring in town, the staff remained calm and organized. And the food!!! One of the best margaritas I’ve had in years and the presentation was perfect. The carne asada was cooked to perfection with amazing sides. “Skip this place. I went here twice well within their posted business hours and was turned away both times. Gave em another chance and went in for the asada fries. Price was $11.99 clearly stated on the menu. I was charged $14.99 at the register. I asked why and the guy just chuckled and said they just haven't changed their prices yet. My friend has been going here for awhile and he told me it's been over a year and they haven't changed their pricing on the menu but overcharge you at the register. This is highly unethical, deceiving and just plain bad business. You won't see me in this rip off joint ever again. Fix your menu prices. I feel like you're stealing and if I can find someone to report you to, I'm gonna ✌️“

“I moved to King County. In Auburn there is a toco time that just sucks. I like the #3 beef. Soft taco mexi fries and soda. You think it is taco time, but when you get your #3 you notice it is 3 garbage street tacos. I never went back. Was back in Port Orchard and went inside the menu correct and as soon as I took a bite I new I was back to a REAL TACO TIME, that taco was the bomb to the last bite. This is a true story, and I do not recommend the Auburn Taco time.“

My wife and I had them cater our wedding on Bainbridge Island and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about how good the food was. You can customize the menu for your event and they will do they're best to accommodate. Miguel and his crew are super friendly as well.“
