“Fantastic! Had a Saturday lunch with a group and everything was amazing. Shrimp taco was huge and flavorful. Best mole enchiladas I’ve had in a long time. Mahi mahi Baja bowl was so tasty. Couple folks got Pozole that was out of this world. Great presentation and service too. This is a must see spot only 15 mins from the main downtown area.“

“Honestly the best authentic mexican food ive had!! We had a male server and he was excellent!!!! Food was so fresh and delicious. Large portions great prices..beans and salsa with the chips and they refilled them. Server came by our table several times to make sure we didn't need anything else. We will definitely be coming back!“

“I came in right as they opened today and was welcomed right away. I ordered a Raspberry Jalisco Mule and Tortilla Soup with shredded chicken. I have to say the soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had in a long time. you were even able to choose your flavors and spice level because a plate was brought out with tortillas, limes, onions, cilantro, chili crisp, avocado, jalapeno, and I don't remember the other seasoning but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try more of the menu and continue to support local! Diablo's is definitely a place that should be on everyone's list to at least try and then frequent.“

“Food is super tasty, fresh , fast and satisfying. However, I have had issues with add ons. If I pay for an add on I expect to get enough. I've added avocado and litteraly got one slice. I've added sour cream and got less than teaspoon in a huge burrito. Other than that, I love this truck and will keep coming back because it is delicious and convenient! Just won't pay for add ons anymore.“

“This place has a special place in my heart. I've enjoyed the restaurant a few times on my own but me and my friend went in on the dia de los muertos parade event and it just felt *right*. Chips and queso is so good. The tacos are always good. Gotta say, the potato taco is my favorite. They also serve two soups and who doesn't love a warm cup of soup? It is a little pricey but it's worth the hype.“

“My boyfriend and I went to El Moose for his birthday last weekend. This was our first time there, and we were sooo impressed and happy with all the service we got!! All the staff was very sweet and friendly!! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and real authentic Mexican food!! Definitely made our experience worth it and we will definitely be back again!! A big thank you to the gentleman who served us as well!! “An absolute must try for anyone who even vaguely enjoys mexican food. I get an adobada burrito with a diet coke every tuesday for lunch and it is a highlight of my week. The burrito is imo the best ive ever had, and i used to live in LA! The tortilla, the quality and ratio of the fillings, the delicious meat, it all comes together to create an experience that cheers me up for the rest of the day no matter how rough the morning was. The staff of course are polite and professional and the service is always quick, definitely deserving of a hefty tip. The sitting area is clean, comfortable, indoors, and with enough space that ive never had to wait for a table. Quality control is top notch, with every burrito coming out the same every time ive ordered. If there ever was a perfect food truck, this is it. I know im glazing them so hard it might sound like this is a fake review, but i promise that im a real person with high standards for my burritos at that, check my other google reviews if you dont believe me. Overall 5/5, if this place closes i WILL cry“

“This Mexican restaurant is one of those rare jewels you occasionally discover. The staff are truly wonderful people. Hailey and Miriam were fun, attentive, very pleasant and nice - just a joy to be around. The margaritas and food were delicious and generously served. Great place!“

“A fun ska/punk kinda Mexican food place. Been here twice already in a month. I had the Carnitas burrito wet style. Really good, carnitas could of used a bit more crisping/fry to it but other than that it was great. Had a can of Rainier with chips and salsa. All their sauces are so good. Service was fast, friendly and authentic. Cool people work there. Second time we went happened to be during a Pride event so it was pretty busy in the area but the upstairs area was open so we went up there. Wife and I had the verde chicken taco salad. Loved it! We had Micheladas with our food. Service again was outstanding considering how busy they were. Always love going to Alki it reminds me of back home in Santa Cruz, CA when we lived there. Brings me comfort when I'm feeling homesick.“

“Skip this place. I went here twice well within their posted business hours and was turned away both times. Gave em another chance and went in for the asada fries. Price was $11.99 clearly stated on the menu. I was charged $14.99 at the register. I asked why and the guy just chuckled and said they just haven't changed their prices yet. My friend has been going here for awhile and he told me it's been over a year and they haven't changed their pricing on the menu but overcharge you at the register. This is highly unethical, deceiving and just plain bad business. You won't see me in this rip off joint ever again. Fix your menu prices. I feel like you're stealing and if I can find someone to report you to, I'm gonna ✌️“

Some people might be thrown off by this but we could order online prior and i loved that option. One thing I would say, I think it would have made it much easier and a better customer experience to have a touch screen at the counter instead of trying to navigate it on my phone.

“First of all, this is one of our absolute favorite taco trucks in the area. Their asada is amazing and even their bean and cheese burrito is out of this world. Their flour tortillas are clearly fresh. My partner (who LOVES sauces) is a huge fan of all of their salsas. I trusted them enough to cater my wedding and they did not disappoint! I don’t even normally like corn tortillas but they tasted amazing. Both the chicken and beef were full of flavor and NOT even close to dry. They did a great job, thank you for always being amazing!“

My wife and I had them cater our wedding on Bainbridge Island and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about how good the food was. You can customize the menu for your event and they will do they're best to accommodate. Miguel and his crew are super friendly as well.“
