“I came in right as they opened today and was welcomed right away. I ordered a Raspberry Jalisco Mule and Tortilla Soup with shredded chicken. I have to say the soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had in a long time. you were even able to choose your flavors and spice level because a plate was brought out with tortillas, limes, onions, cilantro, chili crisp, avocado, jalapeno, and I don't remember the other seasoning but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try more of the menu and continue to support local! Diablo's is definitely a place that should be on everyone's list to at least try and then frequent.“

The Mulitas were my favorite. They're just on the edge of spicy, packed with meat, and accompanied by cheese and guacamole. It's a sort of quesadilla meats torta. While not the prettiest thing to eat, I'd happily have one daily. 2 will fill you up all day.

I also really enjoyed the tacos. When you see them, they seem tiny ... but I have to say, I was never left hungry. The Taco Platter is more than filling and fairly priced.

When a 5-year-old finishes a taco truck burrito, you know you're in the right spot.

“It was my first going and it was my friend who likes going there. I had great food and it was large portions for what you pay for. I ended up taking the rest home. I had the enchiladas. I had ice tea and that was good with a slice of lemon. Good Mexican food can be found in Bremerton.“

“The place was slightly hard to find as it is located inside a liquor store. The people were welcoming and friendly and later we found out they are very talented at cooking. These were the best tacos I have had since the last trip to Mexico. We had Barbacoa and Carnitas. Initially I thought the prices were a little high,but the quality and service more than made up for it. If you are visiting Ballard Locks, this place is a short 200 feet from the entrance.“

The hot sauce is medium hot + the second ingredient is vegetable broth, which gives it a unique flavor that I love so much, I keep it stocked in my fridge. “Best taco truck in the area. I come here several times a week. Great service, decent prices, and the food is phenomenal. Try the carne asada and the carnitas, you won’t regret it! Their breakfast tacos are delicious and the best cure for a Sunday morning hangover. And their salsa is out of this world too.

Price was $11.99 clearly stated on the menu. I was charged $14.99 at the register. I asked why and the guy just chuckled and said they just haven't changed their prices yet. My friend has been going here for awhile and he told me it's been over a year and they haven't changed their pricing on the menu but overcharge you at the register. This is highly unethical, deceiving and just plain bad business. You won't see me in this rip off joint ever again. Fix your menu prices. “Found this secret gem while visiting Alki Beach. Party of 4 we enjoyed the homemade queso and salsa. We order the Tex-mex chicken super juicy, shrimp, battered fish and grilled cod. We all flour tacos. Chicken nachos were awesome! Our server was a 1 lady band working the bar, serving inside and outside. Rice and beans were the only thing that wasn’t up to par. It had more flavor than most of the Mexican restaurants in the area. The burrito sauce was very good and their homemade chips were excellent, super crunchy, fresh and hot. We chose beef and it was a high quality ground beef, flavorful and not the cheap stuff so many use. The veggies were fresh and the guacamole had good flavor. I hope they work on their outside lighting and atmosphere, but honestly the food was great and that’s what really matters. The burrito was so large, my wife and I split it and still took home enough for another meal.“
