Quality: Best Sushi I have ever had in my life. Period! Kazuko has my highest recommendation! Me and 3 other friends went there for happy hour and we had the best time! SHOUT OUT to Jason who made the most delicious sushi on earth! The taste, freshness, texture of the sushi and sashimi are top-notch. My favroite is the toro and the melting sensation once placed in my mouth feels amazing! The spider rolls, nacho sushis, sashimi and sushi sets are all dazzling and tasted incredible! I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is hard to pick my favorite!

Appearance: A picture speaks a thousand words! They all look like masterpiece and art! It was such a satisfying experience just watching Jason putting the sushi together! I really appreciate him putting many efforts and time to serve the best sushi to us!

Portion size: We loved it! Everything is the perfect size and great portion!.

Friendliness: Service is solid! Jason is the best chef and he is awesome! We enjoyed spending time with the chefs and the servers! They are all very nice and friendly. They created a heart-warming, welcoming and nice atmosphere for us to have the best dining experience. I love talking to each of them and we are so grateful for their wonderful service!

Timeliness: Food came in no time! We went on a Monday night so not many people is in the restaurant, but I really appreciate them for providing the best service to us!

Environment: Very clean and nice, The lighting is perfect and I loved how everything looks, very simple yet modern. It really brings me to Japan and I loved it! Ver ycozy and warm atmosphere and the nice people make it feels like home!

Location: Great location with plenty of parkings outside, It is very easy to find the place! If you don’t have a car just like me, it maybe kind of hard to get there but I am sure with the lightrail opened up to Lynnwood, it will definitely make things easier!“

“This is easily some of the best Asian food I've ever had!!!We got the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and the honey Korean fried chicken and 2 sushi rolls. The portions where amazing for the price and all the chicken was super tender. The staff were super nice and they Evan gave us a stir-fried vegetables on the house. Plus the atmosphere of the place was great. This is easily a 5/5“

“Had this awhile back and had to have it again when I was back in town. Had the Katsu Curry this time which gave what I expected. The server (Yeong I believe) was super friendly and hospitable beyond what I expected! Perhaps he just liked us or we were a big group but he served us some complementary sides that were delicious. The fried gyoza was bomb. The whole place was decorated for Halloween. I hope to return to this place sooner than later.“

“It has been a long while since my partner and I had really good sushi. Misoya does not disappoint with their sushi options. We also enjoy a good tempura appetizer and their tempura was light and crispy. I would recommend trying the fried salmon roll too.“

“They have very tasty (not too sweet!) dessert options here. I didn't enjoy the Green Tea Tiramisu as much as the ones I've had at places like Nana's Green Tea. However, I will still rate this place highly due to their reasonable prices and the great quality of their other dessert offerings.“

“Amazing sushi place in Ballard that I love to go all the time. The chef there is so sweet, makes art out of the sushi!

My favorite rolls are musashi roll, perfect amount of rice, veggies, and fish. It’s my go to sushi spot whenever I crave for sushi and they never disappoint!

The seating can be little tricky as it’s for smaller groups. But I haven’t had huge issues when I visited with friends.

Parking is street parking but I’m able to find one every time I visit :)“

“Amazing woman who took my order, very friendly and they offer free soup while you wait for your order. The soup was delicious! The portions where a bit small and was a bit on the blanned side. I'm hoping the next time the food will be as great as my experience.“

“Ichi Bento consistently has the best Teriyaki in Seattle. Their chicken teriyaki always get a nice char on the outside that keeps it juicy and complements the sweetness and umami of their teriyaki sauce. They’ve been a part of the community for decades, and I hope they stay for many to come!“

“This is a nice little neighborhood spot, service was a little slow as they only had one server and I believe one cook short staff. The food was great and I was excited they had the fish red bean dessert as I haven’t had that since we lived in Japan many years ago as a kid!! They didn’t have nato my dad’s favorite and no potatoes in the chicken curry. They forgot my dad’s miso soup she didn’t know if she brought it out or not. They definitely need a little more help so if you know anyone looking for a job they should apply.“

“Apparently the old Ikiiki Sushi is now replaced by the new "Toma Sushi." The menu has changed significantly, and the food looks much more delicate than before (yes this is opinionated). We got what they called the Sea Turtle roll and the Unagi Don. They are a bit on the pricier side but the taste is solid. The restaurant is very clean and the service was great. Would visit again.“

I've never really been a fan of teriyaki historically just as a matter of preference, but I've also never sought it out where it is known to be excellent, such as in Seattle.
I can say this is the highest quality teriyaki I have had thus far and was well worth it, although it's still not shifting my general preference.

I'll have to have some in Japan, LA, and Hawaii before I rest my final judgment on teriyaki as a whole.“

We ordered Agedashi tofu, Oyster, Sashimi combo large, and Richard Roll. All were very tasty.

“Hidden gem!! This feels like a take out place when you walk in. However, they do have a nice place to sit in the back with a balcony. The sushi is delicious. I recommend the undecided roll. They also have yummy options for appetizers and meals. It was a good break when I walked back from Greenlake.“

“I stopped in here for the first time last night on a whim and had a lovely experience. I was surprised to be the only patron around 6pm and worried maybe the place had a reputation for poor quality, but I think maybe this place has location working against it. It's right on Roosevelt with a small sign, and you probably wouldn't notice it if you were riding by rather than walking. That's the only reason I can think it was empty on a Saturday night because the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and laid back yet attentive.
I was even given a complimentary shooter of subtly sweet juice with berries in it! There was fun 90s music playing, and I had an overall great experience. I hope they get enough business to stay around! It's nice to have another option and not have to wait as long as at some other sushi places in the neighborhood.“

“This is a decent place for conveyer belt sushi. My favorite thing was maybe the Tengu Sushi or the Tuna Aburi. The former had some really nice sauces on it, and I'm assuming it's the trademark of the restaurant, given the name. The Tuna Aburi was nice, for some fatty and torched Tuna. Everything else was pretty good (especially the salmon), although I did find that the scallop wasn't quite as noteworthy as I expected (i usually like scallop among the most at sushi places, but here, it didn't seem as noteworthy, or taste wasn't as pronounced). Overall, if I'm around Northgate again, I wouldn't mind coming here again for something rather quick.“
