I’ve been coming here regularly for 5 years to hide from the world and quietly munch food. “This is a treasure spot for truckers passing through and local warehouse workers. A very friendly old Korean Christian couple running this place the wife is the cook. Food is made fresh when ordered. The menu is simple. I ordered the breakfast, bacon egg hash browns and toast portion is perfect and everything on the plate was delicious. Talk about quality, it's as good as it can be. I definitely recommend this place.“

The staff was friendly, shockingly clean toward the end of operations (former deli manager at Kroger) the staff was very down to earth but friendly. I was impressed by their attitude and service how they whipped up a sub and sent me on the way. I got into my car on the way home and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub fyi it was amazing! The bacon so crispy, the bread soft but crispy from the toasting, the right amount of meat and cheese it was impressed and again I have worked in delis for 20 years and I will say this is something special. “Best location hands down!!! They always greet whoever walks in, they always get my order right no matter how long the lines are. . The line might be long at times but it’s a small price to pay for how exceptional their service is. They always check in with you while you’re in line so you’re not just standing there wondering how much longer before you’re helped unlike the LOWSY PUYALLUP LOCATION. I love the staff! I appreciate the cleanliness! I overall enjoy coming here, which is usually 2-3x a week cause the foods so fresh. This location deserves ALL THE STARS!!! :)“

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. They are definitely a sub above.“

“First of all, as of the date of this review (6-6-2024) the franchise owner of This subway is accepting coupons (one per visit as stated on the small print of the mailed coupons).
Second, the ladies working were very helpful and friendly despite me having a difficult order. 10/10 for these two employees.
Third, the wraps now use a sort of rectangular flatbread rather than a tortilla.
Forth, Avocado is $0.75 per scoop extra so make sure to tell them how many scoops you would like.

For those who are unaware (as i was) there are at least two Subway franchise's in the Federal Way area. The other Franchise does not accept coupons (as is their right due to the "at participating locations" small print on the mailed coupons).“

The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. What people need to understand is that when a new business opens- especially in Puyallup, and in Sunrise Village of all places, it’s going to be VERY busy. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. “I come in on my lunch break at work usually My visit today and my last visit, when I got there there were a lot of people in line already. I had worried I wouldn't have time, but I've been surprised every time. Conny and her coworker have a great system that got me in and out today in probably 7-8 minutes, with 4 people ahead of me. They are friendly when you come in and are multilingual as I hear them speak Spanish to some customers that prefer it. These ladies are killing it and probably deserve a raise for being so quick, kind, and versatile! Shout out to them“

“This place has a high turnover rate because it's my home subway. However the place is clean and employees are friendly.

Parking: There's only about 6 places to park. They share the lot with 3 other businesses. Not to mention there's a 24 hour fitness and that's where most of the cars come from.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking right in front.“
