“Hubby and I went to Taco Vado for the first time last night and it did not disappoint! We happened to go on their first night of having live music, which was such a fun surprise — and the singer was fantastic! I had the barbacoa burrito while my husband got the barbacoa bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Their cebollita slaw was amazing and such a standout. We finished the night with the tres leches cake, which was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Stopped in on Sunday, 4/12/26, for a late lunch. After seeing all the ads, I wanted to try the Eat 3 Box. Though only in the drive through, the service was perfect. The food was very fresh, and for the first time in a long time, it was affordable. Great job N. Division Arby’s team!“

“I'm rating on 5* compared to other Arby's.....They are always very polite and very good to military families. Military Discount good here ...I think it's ran by the Native Reservation.... always polite young men and women to take your order. One of the few places who gets my big family drive through orders right every time.“

“SOOOOO SAD! Love the chicken fingers and cane sauce....this time saw the tea - asked the young man at the drive thru an said they had UNSWEETENED tea! I asked if I could get a gallon - he said yes they could make a gallon - I get to the window to pay - he handed me the gallon of UNSWEETENED Ice Tea - obviously did not open and drink from the gallon - instead - got back to work and UGH _ it is SWEETENED! Could not drink it an had to throw it out......SOOOOOO sad! But again - I do like the fingers! HOWEVER - turn that frown upside down - Josh the Operations Manager has offered to make this right and let us pick up a gallon of UNSWEETENED tea to try - CAN NOT WAIT! He says it is brewed by batch each day! Thank you Josh - Ann and Candice!“

“Notice: Mod puts all the ingredients for all their food on their website. This allowed me, someone who cannot have sugar, to discover that I can in fact eat some of their food!
Service was excellent- happy employees, very quick food.
Food was excellent- I got a mini size, and it was light so I didn’t feel bloated.
Drink options are good- I had black tea that was quite nice.
This is a fantastic option for people with allergies because you can pick what you eat.
I wish the music inside was a little quieter, though.“

“This is probably my favorite taco bell in Spokane. Honestly, I can't remember a time when they got my food wrong to review on how they would handle that, because I don't think they ever do. But I'm sure if they did they would fix it quickly and courteously because their service is always both of those things. Even when they're super busy, all of the workers seem to always be in a good mood and they move pretty quickly.“

“Honestly, Lilia was great. She made an exceptional pizza and accommodated me and my irritation with the problems I was having this day but she didn’t let my sourness ruin her great customer service. She was kind, professional, and made a pizza so good I will definitely go back to this location. I’ve had Mod before but never had a pizza like this one and I wasn’t excited to get it, I just got it because it was considerable cheaper than the wingstop and chipotle but honestly it was so good.“

“Silly that you can’t leave a 5-star review unless the entire restaurant is veggie-based. LOVE that this quick and cheap pizza chain offers vegan Italian sausage and vegan cheese! The vegan sausage was made especially for MOD and is seasoned really nicely. TIP: after completing your build your own pizza, ask them to drizzle olive oil on top and do a “well done bake” so that the cheese melts a little better! Very cool to be able to take the family (which includes vegans and non-veggie eaters) to the same place, everyone gets what they want without fuss and it’s a reasonably-priced treat for all of us!“

“This was our first time at this location. The staff were friendly, and had conversation with us. I appreciated the amount of cheese and toppings we got, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. It was clean, not to busy, and everything was a great experience for us, we even decided to eat at MOD, instead of take our to go order home. We will definitely be back! Thanks guy's! 😁“

“Just went to the a&w/kfc in airway. I gotta say I’m pretty happy. Got the 2 for 6$. I got a huge burger and onions rings. Great deal, taste good. Gonna be hitting this place up instead of “McDonalds” that just charges WAY! to much anymore and the burgers get smaller every time I come in.“

“Was worried cause this one looks rustic, but that just means its amazing like the rest of the Zips locations used to be. Fries were as amazing as I remember, and the kids loved the seasoning on the chicken. Shake was blended properly. The Zips locations up north are all garbage now. Ive missed Zips being this good. “I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew working today. I have been having a rough day/week actually-& placed an order on the app (for a dr pepper, fries and pies). I waited in my car for it, when an employee brings out the drink and said the items were going to take extra time, so they came out and asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. After a bit they bring the pies and no fries. I asked if the fries were coming and the girl looked confused, but said she was going to get them. Her look made me think I should check my order, sure enough-I didn’t order them. I went inside to let them know, so they didn’t search-( I looked at it as a sign I didn’t need them) & I told them sorry for confusing them. They were all so nice and the cook said-they’re ready-i just finished them-was I sure? I said ok, everyone was so nice…I decided I’ll go ahead and get some then. As she scooped them up-I took a deep breath, which I hadn’t done all week-& a calm feeling of joy just came over me. It doesn’t seem like much but it meant everything to my heart. Seconds later my eyes started leaking…and wouldn’t stop. The manager, I think she thought I was upset/angry-so she came over and as I tried to explain my day and their kindness but I think it sounded just the opposite. I wasn’t sad at all anymore-looking around-all the workers are no older than 20 and just so sweet and hard working. I couldn’t even stop the tears… My heart is full, with just their small effort-was huge. I always love Jenn and all the staff she hires. They are much like her-even in her absence they mimic her service standards. Good job-your team is excellent!!“

“My kids favorite burger place. My favorite burger and breakfast place. Always good never disappointed. Ate inside and is always clean. Customer service today was absolutely top notch. Ashley and Cody made the experience just that lil touch of diamond experience. They were training new employees and it seemed like an amazing experience full of fun while working. This Wendys is Gold. If ever I had to work back in food service truely I would go to Wendys first, Arbys on Division 2nd and Mc Donalds on Monroe as all 3 places are clean, best service, the employees always seem happy (even when super busy), and food is always fresh. Love this Wendys. Now to collect those kids toys for another kido as we love our collection.
By the way the breakfast sandwichs, burritos, home fries, and burgers are the best in fast food period!“

“MATT & JASMIN NEED TO BOTH BE FIRED. THEY THINK HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS IS OKAY, NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IS OKAY , AND LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IS OKAY. I HAVE WORKED AND RAN SEVERAL FULL SERVICE RESTURANTS AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE WORST AND I MEAN WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD OR BEEN A PART OF. NOT SURE IF THEY ARE STONED, UNEDUCATED, OR BOTH BUT THEY COULDNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE CORRECTLY. WOW DO NOT ORDER HERE. BEWARE - I called prior to my order and asked them if they had soft flour tortillas and could substitute for the corn totrtillas. I was told they did and that it would be no problem. They would write down my name, so when I placed my order came thru with Uber I could get flour tortillas. I placed my order and tried to call back like to let them know I placed my order. They simply ignored my phone calls. Then my order arrived with corn tortillas and was completely wrong, sloppily put together with queso and salsa everywhere. When I called to speak to the manager I was hung up on. They will not answer the phone and will not call back. The chips were stale and old. It is certainly odd they would tell me that it was no problem and then completely ignored my calls. . My order sucked. Food was sloppy, stail and disgusting. I used to order from here all the time and now I will never go back. Management or owners have to do something or this place will be gone soon. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A RESTURANT OR FAST FOOD PLACE. EMPLOYEE BLATANTLY LIED“

“the toothless lady cook yelled at a teenager was very rude and scolded her in front of me after the girl was very polite and doing a great job. no wonder they are hiring for all positions. That toothless cook needs a talk on how to not break down minors at work and be supportive. shame on your management for watching it happen and not saying a word. The red bearded guy that was rude as well.“
