We happened to go on their first night of having live music, which was such a fun surprise — and the singer was fantastic! I had the barbacoa burrito while my husband got the barbacoa bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Their cebollita slaw was amazing and such a standout. We finished the night with the tres leches cake, which was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back!“

I used to always love Mods. More and more mistakes and the food at this particular Mod Pizza started not to taste as good. They also really need to change some of their music selection. Music should not imply insults. That's a very unfriendly atmosphere.“

“Honestly, Lilia was great. She made an exceptional pizza and accommodated me and my irritation with the problems I was having this day but she didn’t let my sourness ruin her great customer service. She was kind, professional, and made a pizza so good I will definitely go back to this location. I’ve had Mod before but never had a pizza like this one and I wasn’t excited to get it, I just got it because it was considerable cheaper than the wingstop and chipotle but honestly it was so good.“

“This is probably my favorite taco bell in Spokane. Honestly, I can't remember a time when they got my food wrong to review on how they would handle that, because I don't think they ever do. But I'm sure if they did they would fix it quickly and courteously because their service is always both of those things. Even when they're super busy, all of the workers seem to always be in a good mood and they move pretty quickly.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew working today. I have been having a rough day/week actually-& placed an order on the app (for a dr pepper, fries and pies). I waited in my car for it, when an employee brings out the drink and said the items were going to take extra time, so they came out and asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. After a bit they bring the pies and no fries. I asked if the fries were coming and the girl looked confused, but said she was going to get them. Her look made me think I should check my order, sure enough-I didn’t order them. I went inside to let them know, so they didn’t search-( I looked at it as a sign I didn’t need them) & I told them sorry for confusing them. They were all so nice and the cook said-they’re ready-i just finished them-was I sure? I said ok, everyone was so nice…I decided I’ll go ahead and get some then. As she scooped them up-I took a deep breath, which I hadn’t done all week-& a calm feeling of joy just came over me. It doesn’t seem like much but it meant everything to my heart. Seconds later my eyes started leaking…and wouldn’t stop. The manager, I think she thought I was upset/angry-so she came over and as I tried to explain my day and their kindness but I think it sounded just the opposite. I wasn’t sad at all anymore-looking around-all the workers are no older than 20 and just so sweet and hard working. I couldn’t even stop the tears… My heart is full, with just their small effort-was huge. I always love Jenn and all the staff she hires. They are much like her-even in her absence they mimic her service standards. Good job-your team is excellent!!“

“My kids favorite burger place. My favorite burger and breakfast place. Always good never disappointed. Ate inside and is always clean. Customer service today was absolutely top notch. Ashley and Cody made the experience just that lil touch of diamond experience. They were training new employees and it seemed like an amazing experience full of fun while working. This Wendys is Gold. If ever I had to work back in food service truely I would go to Wendys first, Arbys on Division 2nd and Mc Donalds on Monroe as all 3 places are clean, best service, the employees always seem happy (even when super busy), and food is always fresh. Love this Wendys. Now to collect those kids toys for another kido as we love our collection.

They simply ignored my phone calls. Then my order arrived with corn tortillas and was completely wrong, sloppily put together with queso and salsa everywhere. When I called to speak to the manager I was hung up on. They will not answer the phone and will not call back. The chips were stale and old. It is certainly odd they would tell me that it was no problem and then completely ignored my calls. . My order sucked. Food was sloppy, stail and disgusting. I used to order from here all the time and now I will never go back. Management or owners have to do something or this place will be gone soon.
