“Lovely cafe. We try to go at least once a week! The staff are always so nice and efficient, even in busy times.
Drinkwise: I would recommend the Vietnamese latte or the mocha. But you can’t go wrong with any drink.

Foodwise:
The chocolate chip cookies used to be better (fluffier/thicker) when they first opened but they must’ve changed their recipe as they're too thin nowadays. My fiancé misses the original muffins as well, they’re more like cakes now which can be a bit too rich in the mornings.“

When I got there I told the lady that I hadn’t been here before, but I’m exhausted and want something as close to a coffee milkshake with caramel as I could get. Very friendly and accommodating staff and a low-key vibe for coffee dates or study sessions. A well-run establishment.

Parking: Does not have their own parking lot, but has a parking lot across the street, or parallel parking along the road in front of the store. IF it's a very busy day it can be difficult to find a close parking spot, but a little walk is good for you.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, plastic cups available for drinks/water and lots of snacks. Bench seating available. Space for kids to move.

Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp from the road to the sidewalk is not in front of the store, might have to detour if needed (the store is in the middle of the block). Entrance IS wheelchair accessible, slight incline into the store, but no stairs. The ordering counter is a bit high which could be seen as an issue for some - but staff are always helpful. The bathroom is very spacious.“

“Visit a ton! Very nice employees. Super cheesy grilled cheese and I love their cinnamon latte. Only thing I don’t like is their mango smoothie. Furthermore, worth the visit I go out of my way all the time for woods!

They said it was self service but what that means is that you order the food, seat yourself down and they give you a buzzer.. it'll let you know when your food is ready. Taste wasn't too bad. The tea wasn't as strong as the name suggests but it was good. Overall not too bad. Will try something else next time. I gave atmosphere 3 only because when we went it was very quiet“

“It's located on the main floor of the hospital, so the food/drink is great, and they do their best to get things out as fast as possible, but the nurses/doctors/other workers lined up together with other customers can get really long, like over 30 people, so if you don't have patience at those times this is not the Starbies for you!

My partner always asks for ketchup on their breakfast sandwich and they ALWAYS forget at different locations but HERE they REMEMBERED! These people are rockstars. I wish I could have tipped. Blowing through town, first correct order I’ve received from Tim Hortons in like 9 months. My friend has a very niche tea order and it was also stand-out excellent. This is the spot. This is the one. “I came to Tracycakes cafe during the Christmas Jubilee when their business hours were extended for the occasion. I found the interior design of the establishment to be dazzling.

I ordered their Blueberry Pie with a Latte for dine-in. The pie was pretty good while the latte was very satisfactory. The service was great and had no issues with it whatsoever.

Overall, Tracycakes is a great place for a snack and a warm drink. I know I will come back again.“

Service was mostly good but we had to ask for knives with our meal and there weren’t enough menus so we had to share two among three people. “I really love seeing a former Starbucks become a locally owned cafe! The Palm is really, really cool. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else make coffee like they do.

I will say, the sweet treats are worth it, but the breakfast/lunch sandwiches have room for improvement. They taste good, but I do think they’re priced a bit too high.
