They've got all the classics – juicy burgers, piled-high sandwiches, and comforting breakfast platters – done right. “Lovely cafe. We try to go at least once a week! The staff are always so nice and efficient, even in busy times.
Drinkwise: I would recommend the Vietnamese latte or the mocha. But you can’t go wrong with any drink.

Foodwise:
The chocolate chip cookies used to be better (fluffier/thicker) when they first opened but they must’ve changed their recipe as they're too thin nowadays. My fiancé misses the original muffins as well, they’re more like cakes now which can be a bit too rich in the mornings.“

“They say that with age comes wisdom and they would be right. Culminating in the Rose Room is homemade soups sauces and entrees but we can't forget about the homemade desserts too. You get a satisfying meal for a very very, yes that's, that are affordable with quality ingredients and made by hand by the chef on site who knows his stuff. Very friendly and accommodating staff and a low-key vibe for coffee dates or study sessions. A well-run establishment.

Parking: Does not have their own parking lot, but has a parking lot across the street, or parallel parking along the road in front of the store. IF it's a very busy day it can be difficult to find a close parking spot, but a little walk is good for you.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, plastic cups available for drinks/water and lots of snacks. Bench seating available. Space for kids to move.

Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp from the road to the sidewalk is not in front of the store, might have to detour if needed (the store is in the middle of the block). Entrance IS wheelchair accessible, slight incline into the store, but no stairs. The ordering counter is a bit high which could be seen as an issue for some - but staff are always helpful. The bathroom is very spacious.“

When I got there I told the lady that I hadn’t been here before, but I’m exhausted and want something as close to a coffee milkshake with caramel as I could get. She nailed it, that was one of the best fraps I have had in a very long time. I will definitely be back“

“I really love seeing a former Starbucks become a locally owned cafe! The Palm is really, really cool. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else make coffee like they do.

I will say, the sweet treats are worth it, but the breakfast/lunch sandwiches have room for improvement. They taste good, but I do think they’re priced a bit too high.

Regardless, you should definitely consider grabbing a drink here if you’re at High Street.“
