Some cocktail bars give off the too good for you vibe and Canon does an amazing job of making it feel like a normal bar with amazing cocktails! Thanks for a wonderful evening!“

All of our accomodations met , any questions we had got answered, service was smooth. We had the starter and mid course add ons which made for more fun! Getting to try new flavors and elegant preparations was invigorating. Watching my girlfriends face light up as she tried different foods, combinations and textures for the first time was the best experience I could ask for. Thank you team at Copine for an unforgettable dining experience.“

We have business in Seattle on occasion and Love the Fairmont Olympic. This Classy Spot reminds us of what upscale but not pretentious is supposed to be. “Fried chicken sando was so good!! Super crispy and flavorful, yet balanced. I appreciated the balance from the cooked onions and fresh leafy greens. My only feedback would be to add a touch more sauce, but it looks like there might be an option to add on different sauces for extra.

We had a 25-person private reception in the back outdoor patio area, and from the beautiful space to the delicious food, it was a truly special experience. Aaron accommodated our requests for some customizations in decor, and took into account all of our food and dietary restrictions beautifully. Even though Surrell specializes in multi-course tasting menus, we chose to do a family-style dinner and it worked out perfectly. Our guests absolutely loved every dish (especially the hors d'oeuvres!), and we appreciate how attentive and friendly the staff were throughout the night. Harry was our main bartender/server and he was wonderful. Thank you again Aaron and team for such an amazing evening!“

“This was our first visit. I saw their menu and a few pics on line and decided to give it a try. This is a charming gem of a restaurant. Our bartender/server, Chloe was very nice and made fabulous looking drinks. I had wine but will try one of her cocktails next time. The food was so good! Can’t wait to go back.“

“Bummer, been going for years to all of her restaurants. Food is excellent, ambiance is five stars. However, for the first time I felt very unwelcome here. My server couldn’t get me outta there faster. I had two kids with me, but they didn’t act up or anything and we had a 5.15 seating. Our server asked me for my whole order with drinks, and when dinner was over asked me if I wanted my check before she asked about dessert. I literally started thinking “do I know her from somewhere else? And does she not like me for some reason?” I had to ask for my dessert to go, as it felt like she didn’t want me to eat it there. Restaurant wasn’t even full when we left. Will put some space between me and whale wins for a while 😥“

“Overall, really good experience. Our waitress was funny and engaging. I forget her name but we talked about New Jersey. 5 stars for her all the way. The food was really good but I can't give it a five just because of the waffle. It tasted like it had been sitting around and not hot out of the waffle iron. The eggs (scramble) was really good but the waffle was just missing the mark. I would definitely go back though and try them again.“

“I'm a little puzzled by this place. It purports to be inspired by the Japanese bar experience, which it mimics in seating and overall number of folks it can seat. (They also have a phenomenal washlet in the bathroom.) In terms of staff, the folks who work there are knowledgeable and provide friendly and timely service. However, no bartwnder in Japan will batch their cocktails. The cocktail selection here is great - but they're pre-prepped in Erlenmeyer flasks. Not disappointed, just a bit confused. It's a unique experience to be sure. 😊“

Also had their amazing beet salad which I added chicken to and I couldn't finish it all. Husband had a burger and he really enjoyed it! Our server was upbeat and friendly ... the atmosphere was chill and the happy hour prices were great too! I had a Bee's Knee's for a sweet price. We live an hour away but will definitely make the drive back to Oak!“
