“If you want something SWEET this is the place. The dough reminds me of the Chinese donut dough you get at the buffets, which I love... Either way these doughnuts are so good. The donut itself is fairly basic, but the filling is what makes the donut. It's not too sweet and they have a couple different flavors; all of which are great. “I am a snob for a particular type of donut: some call it the cinnamon roll, coffee roll, or Pershing. It's *not* a cinnamon bun, it's a delicious swirling glazed donut with cinnamon and a slightly crisp exterior and soft chewy interior. I've tried at least a dozen donut shops in Seattle looking for the best cinnamon roll, including popular local donut spots, and this place has the best. I make a trip here just for that donut and least once a week. The apple fritter is amazing too. and the vanilla frosted with sprinkles. and the cinnamon sugar cronut.... and All of their donuts are amazing.“

“I tried Dochi for the first time today and absolutely loved them! I can't wait to go back!

Dochi is a lovely combination of mochinut and traditional American donuts. The flavor is absolutely amazing. It is a moist flavor on the inside like a mochinut and a little bit of a crunchy flavor on the outside like a traditional American donut. They have a rotating flavor menu. Today, I tried the cookie butter and churro flavors and both were absolutely delicious!

The store is inside of Uwajimaya and it is very nice and modern. It has a very hip and modern vibe. They have seating that is shared with other restaurants that are in the Uwajimaya food court.

The customer service was excellent and the staff were very nice and helpful! I definitely recommend Dochi to satisfy your sweet tooth and for awesome flavors!“

“This is our favorite 3rd place in the whole city! Warm, inviting book lined place to sit, the friendliest staff and world class doughnuts and coffee (and sugar free snacks too!). The staff live in the neighborhood and have a created a great community vibe!“

“Got a couple very different things from this place. One of them was a strawberry shortcake mochi donut and the other was a mozzarella Korean ricedog

Starting with the mochi donut - it wasn't bad, but not my favorite either. I get the concept of this fusion creation, but it doesn't feel fully necessary in my opinion. The doughnut wasn't really fluffy or moist - and it didn't have much of a chew to it. The strawberry flavor was also mild as well

On the contrary, I did find the cheese dog to be a lot better. While it's easy to make something taste good that's essentially fried cheese, I thought the batter on the outside was deep, oily, and relatively crunchy as well. It did a good job sticking to the cheese even after it was pulled apart. The cheese on the inside ended up being melted really well also

Both of these were relatively inexpensive. The rice dog is actually so large and so filling that it can become an impromptu (albeit incredibly unhealthy dinner)

Overall, I don't think I would come here again for the mochi donuts, but the rice dog was actually pretty solid. 7/10“

“I love the atmosphere at the Ballard location. The workers are always so friendly and fun to talk to. The store is always immaculately clean and organized. The doughnuts and coffee are definitely the best in Seattle. It’s a win win-great service, drinks, and doughnuts. It’s refreshing to come into a store where they actually want your business and they work to keep you coming back. Well done!“

“Visiting this place was such a fun and unique experience! Watching robots make your coffee is something you don’t see every day. You can either order at the kiosk or pre-order using the Artly app on your phone, making it super convenient.

The coffee itself is surprisingly good! I tried the Chai Latte, which was made by a robot named Amanda. The robots Ponyo, Jarvis, Amanda are programmed to call your name, prepare your drink, greet you, and even introduce themselves. Despite the high-tech experience, the coffee prices are pretty standard.
