“Absolutely charming little spot serving fresh, perfectly seasoned dishes that are sure to please. Excellent and knowledgeable staff can make recommendations from the ever-changing menu based on your tastes, and it's easy to have almost any dish modified to be vegetarian or vegan. Perusing the tasting notes on the wine wall is a nice way to pass the time - great prices on the take-home bottles. If you're on a budget (and I usually am), grab a snack or two. Otherwise, try a little of everything!“

“Had food from here around a year ago and loved it so I took my partner here recently. The tacos were excellent and my partner although a meat eater was very impressed but the rice and beans were lacking seasoning and were very bland compared to my last visit maybe they had a new person who just forgot the salt or spices? Still highly recommend tho some of the best plant based tacos I’ve ever had.“

“I am a vegan and I appreciate how many choices Araya’s place has. The food tastes so good. Everything I have ordered here is amazing. I do not feel like I need to stick to a couple of my favorites here. It’s safe to try different dishes every time because everything I have tried is excellent. The staff are sweet. It’s relaxed. They have outdoor seating in front to enjoy in the summer time.“

The atmosphere seem a little sad, maybe it was just the time of the day I went.

“Wow, what a dinner! We started off with calamari that was crisp, light, and just delicious — a perfect kickoff. Then the brussels sprouts came out, and honestly, I’ve never had sprouts like that before. Crispy, flavorful, basically perfect. And the steak? Cooked to perfection and absolutely mouthwatering. Everything was just spot on. The service made it even better — attentive, friendly, and relaxed. It felt like one of those meals where every course hits and leaves you smiling. We left completely satisfied, happy, and already making mental notes for our next visit. Big thanks to the team for making it such a memorable dinner — from appetizers to mains, everything was a total home run.“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!“

They were yummy, the chicken was tender and flavorful and the corn tortillas soft and delicious. This Lil establishment sits right on the water. Great place to hang out or catch the water taxi to downtown Seattle.“
“We surprised our daughter for an early 32nd birthday. The four of us had an incredible time laughing and being awestruck at the talented performers. These were first rate acts of singing, dancing, acrobatics, athleticism and grace. The venue, service, atmosphere was electric. We loved every bit of it! Worth the money and the food was excellent. “Hands down, the best pho you’ll find in Seattle! This place is killing it! I’m incredibly lucky to live in the neighborhood and I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. We were one of their first guests in those early days and eat here so much the owners know me by name! If I were qualified to give food awards, this place would win my 2024 Best of Seattle award! 🥇👏🏻✨ Ps. They do not accept reservations - it’s first come first serve. Around 6pm, they go on a waitlist and a line starts to form outside. Don’t bother calling to get on the waitlist - they won’t even do that for me! You have to show up in person to get on the list.“

“I was in town for a special event, I haven't been here before and was amazed with every aspect of my experience. our server Charles was utterly fabulous. he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. he made it feel like we were old friends. the steaks were perfectly cooked. I am 4 and 1/2 years sober, and to go out and enjoy an exquisite meal and only drink water can be a drag, but you all had an amazing selection of mocktails, my partners and I enjoyed immensely. I took the time to thank Charles for everything and got to meet Justin, letting him know how wonderful everything was. this will definitely be a regular stop anytime I visit.“

“I liked the punk-rock vibe (which didn't overwhelm in the mid-afternoon) and the extensive all-vegan menu. The roast-beef and horseradish sandwich was delicious, and clearly prepared with intentionality. Lots of non-alcoholic drink alternatives on the menu too. Note: Sandwiches are in the $18 range.
