“So yummy! I had their avocado toast with a fried egg added, a cardamom bun and black coffee. The bread for the avocado toast was very thick and a very nice grainy, nutty flavor to it. The lemon and za’atar seasoning on the avocado added the perfect flavor to it. The cardamom bun was so yummy, this is great if you want something a little sweet but not too sweet. The coffee was perfect- I typically only add cream and sugar to coffee if the flavor is mediocre, but this coffee was already so good that I didn’t need to add anything to it. I definitely want to come back and try more things on their menu.“

“Although finding parking is a bit of a challenge, this place did not disappoint. I chose a variety of items to try, the regular croissant, the chocolate hazelnut croissant, the pan au chocolat, and the Kouign amann. Each and everyone of them was amazing. “The chocolate cake is so delicious...and available by the slice. My usual purchase is a slice of leek and gruyere quiche, or quiche Lorraine, but you need to get to the bakery early as the quiches sell out quickly. The hot coffee mocha is mighty fine, too.“

“Beautiful and delicious pastries. We tried two sweet and two savory items and they all killer. The chive and cheddar scone was so good I went back to the counter to get another. Very cool view of their bakery as the customer area can see a large part of their kitchen and bakery operation. Cool inside look into the process.“

“it is such a charming shop with a delightful, friendly owner. She has worked hard to bring her vision to life. The macarons are delicious and come in a unique array of rotating flavors, and her character macarons and cakes are adorable. Do yourself a favor and drop in to check it out for yourself. “One of my favorite quick and easy travel meals in the city! I used to go multiple times a weeks when the location was downtown. The new capital hill spot has fairly easy parking. Though not near my work route, I still make the trip over for the bacon/ham/ egg or the garlic beef. Lots of amazing stuff to try with loads of light and airy seating options.“

“Really liked the coffee. The cookie was also pretty good. The employees were super nice and just had an overall friendly environment. Upstairs is a good place to study and the downstairs is too but it’s a bit dark and not a lot of lighting.“

“This is the only real French bakery in the area. They do proper croissants and pain-au-chocolate (chocolate croissants). Their coffee is great and their prices are reasonable. Check them out and find out what a real croissant is supposed to taste like!“

“Customer service is great. The owner was serving us and she's as so nice! She told us how the shop opened in June during the pandemic. There isn't seating inside but just across the street is a cute open public seating area. We got the chocolate chunk salted cookie, the vegan triple chocolate cupcake, mocha, and chia with oat milk. I recommend all of it! The vegans triple chocolate cupcake was perfect, moist and light.“

“I cannot recommend Truffles&More enough! We had our personal cake for our wedding reception made here, lemon raspberry dairy-free, and it turned out beautifully and tasted incredible. I made sure to fly the cake back to Texas! The cake itself was decorated beautifully to match the theme. Taste of the cake was perfect and the raspberry layers complemented the sweetness of the frosting and was moist. Thanks for being the cherry on top to our wedding!“

“i ordered a small cake for my boyfriend’s birthday to finally have a chance to try this place out, and i can say this is one of the best cakes i’ve ever had. not too sweet/overbearing and definitely one to savor as you take each bite.
i got lucky with the quick turnaround (called on friday for a sunday pickup), but the owner recommends to give at least a week’s notice for future cake orders. can’t wait to come here again sometime and get cake for my friends and loved ones to try!“

“Self checkout went well and is staffed well. I did the self order for food for first time , though thinking I have two dollar bills I’d rather use, the credit card was fine and I think it’s more efficient. Well done. The hot dog was dog gone good as usual. Wish the everything slice pizza was still a choice but Costco is a really good place and really serves just about everyone. Well done 👍“
