It’s the kind of place where you order a bunch of different things for the table, grab a drink, and somehow end up staying much longer than you planned.

What I really like is the atmosphere. It feels warm and intimate, almost like a little neighborhood spot you’d stumble into late at night in Japan. The staff are friendly and the whole place feels relaxed and welcoming.

Seattle honestly needs more places like this, especially since so many restaurants close early. Definitely one of my favorite spots for late-night food, drinks, and hanging out with friends.”

The food is always hot and fresh. i have never had a problem with their food! except only they forgot my additional broccoli once, which they quickly came back with it. The service is quick and the food does come pretty fast.
All of the servers i’ve had encounters with are nice and friendly, they talk and recommend things. they don’t really check up on you though, so getting a refill on breadsticks is kinda intimidating and you don’t get chocolates at the end anymore too. as for the atmosphere, it’s pretty noisy, if you care.
The wait times are normal, lowkey reserve online beforehand since they have a waitlist that shows the queue!”

“We catered food from Yamada Teriyaki and were blown away. The samosas were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the House Special Fried Rice was a total hit, generously loaded with tender meat, shrimp, and vegetables, all seasoned to perfection.

Everything arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully packed. The portions were generous, and the quality was outstanding. The service was smooth, friendly, and reliable. For the price and portion sizes, the catering option is absolutely worth it.

One thing I also really like is that Mandalay Deli Mart is right next door, so it is super convenient to grab drinks, snacks, Burmese goodies, or quick deli items all in one stop.

Highly recommend Yamada Teriyaki for catering, authentic flavors, great presentation, and excellent value. We will definitely be back for more.”

“My office ordered here for a big to-go order on a cozy, rainy day, and they were so accommodating! An order for 7 people was ready in 20 minutes and packaged securely. We ordered Pho Tai and Pho Nam, grilled pork Bahn mi, a bunch of egg rolls, and the sweet and sour pho, which was amazing if you like to explore flavors, dont shy away from it! All of our food was great, there were no complaints from anyone. 10/10 for these guys, a true hidden gem in Tukwila, WA! Fair warning: their chili oil is no joke. I would buy jars of this stuff. Edit: this place is under new management so this review is no longer accurate”

“Came upon Duke's on Google at the request of my 9-year old who was looking for NE clam chowder. We decided to stop on our way to the airport, and we are so glad that we did. They offer a happy hour that can be ordered even in the restaurant part which is nice since we have kids and couldn't sit at the bar. We ordered margaritas. NE clam chowder, 2 kids meals, calamari and prawns. Everything tasted fantastic and the portions were generous. Our waiter was excellent and the food was outstanding.”

The price / portions were also spot on in my opinion. I ordered the chicken Kati. Thank goodness they actually had the bitter bread. The portions are on the larger side. I had enough for a second meal later in the day. Yes, it was so good I couldn't wait to eat the rest. Usually I save left overs for the next day.

Since I got this food to go, I'll keep my review rating to just rate the food. The parking is pretty bad with only about 8 parking spots, but at least they have do have dedicated parking. I showed up at 9 am and the parking lot only had one space left just for me. There was already several people inside eating. Even more came and went while I waited.

The interior needs a full make over in my opnion, but it's all fairly functional. Also their drinking water situation was confusing as they didn't even off me water with my meal. Maybe that was my fault. I originally asked for my food to go but mentioned that I was so hungry I was gonna eat some as soon as they handed it to me. So they decided to give it to me on a dine in plate.

Don't come for a fancy date night or even to impress anyone. Unless you explain the interior design situation ahead of time.... it's like eating at an old uncle or grandparents house.

Their service is fairly average, but the employees are a super chill vibe. A lot of customers had very lengthy conversations with the teller regardless if they were ordering, just hanging out, or already done eating.

Honestly I've been thinking about going back all week. Next time I'm in the area, stopping in for a plate will be a must.

“Nice place for lunch for the family today. All the meat items were pretty darn delicious. You cook your meal at your table and share with your group. Service was above average and attentive. Danny was especially helpful getting us set up with our cooking station and answering questions. Did not have drinks but they looked amusing to say the least. Huge goblet with lights in the ice and SoJu can dumped in. I would not recommend the shrimp because it is raw, head and tails intacked and uncleaned. The intestinal tract would have to be removed by you either before or after cooking and it's too much work for mediocre tasting shrimp. It's on the expensive side for going out but hey it was fun.”

Ambiance: The decor is minimalist, with most of the design effort focused on the micro-cement walls and lighting. The kitchen is fully open, creating a great and exceptionally clean atmosphere. All staff members wear gloves, showing that they are extremely well-trained.
Service: They guide you through ordering, introduce their signature items, proactively answer questions, and even offer thoughtful suggestions for kids' meals. For a fast-casual spot, this level of service is already top-notch.
Food: We ordered two signature burgers made with medium-rare beef patties, paired with sauce, onions, lettuce, and other toppings. While the beef quality is excellent, there’s one flaw: it’s difficult to bite through cleanly. As a result, I ended up taking alternating bites of just bread and then just meat. Eggslut's core selling point lies in elevating simple, traditional American breakfast items—like egg sandwiches—into a gourmet experience with an extreme contrast of textures. However, when it comes to the meat being tough to bite through, I feel they didn't pay enough attention to detail. By the way, it's definitely overpriced for what it is
Surprises: On a bright note, two side items—the hash browns and French toast—were delicious. It’s just a shame that fewer people seem to order them.”

“I actually stopped by Paris Baguette because I needed a baguette, and their baguette was pretty solid. It wasn’t too hard on the outside but was nice and soft on the inside. They also have a good selection of bakery and dessert items. I got a cream-filled croissant doughnut, and that was actually pretty good.

The vibes and aesthetics make you feel like you’re in Paris, especially with the French-style chairs, which was pretty cool. They also serve cakes that seem a little pricey, but I may have to try one in the future.”
