The meats were moist and Smokey, the beans spicy and great, wonderful greens and corn bread (being southern, my favorite), potato salad and cold slaw also great! We have found a new favorite place! “after a long wait of 20 minutes, we got a table to celebrate SVD, we ordered food and we were really hungry, after 20 minutes of nobody coming by or the server even asking if we got anything, a guy from the kitchen comes to ask if we got our food, I asked him to cancel our order, wich by the way was not even started! The organization of this place is terrible and the customer service is worthless, don't waste your time. Unless you want your night out ruined by a bad restaurant“

“I would like to recognize Tiffany the manager! Tonight I went in for a pizza my son wanted for dinner and this gave me a chance to see what can be done about a pizza I ordered on 11/9/23 . I ordered a supreme pizza but gave me a pretzel pepperoni crust pizza . I went in tonight showed Tiffany my online receipt and pictures of the pizza that night and she said she would give me my pizza for free and also threw in some cheese sticks for the inconvenience. She apologized and was super nice about this situation. The whole squad was awesome as well! Keep up the good work ladies and gents ! God bless you all“

“We ordered 2 pho orders togo. Prices are good, portions are good, pho broth is good, place is clean and friendly staff. The only thing that I really wish that was better was the brisket, it was thin, dry and tough also the tendon was a little tough compared to Pho Hung and Pho Oregon, it usually melts in your mouth. I would of gave it a 5 stars if the meat was tender. If the chef could work on not overcooking the meat then this would be my go to spot.“

“We had J&L cater our 130 person wedding with two choices of Meats and 3 sides. The whole process with them went so smoothly, they delivered our food timely and we received TONS of great reviews on the food. Their catfish was AMAZING and the corn bread and green beans with bacon were a hit. You gave me two large soft serves COVERED with Frosted Flakes. I order this delicious treat from Hunker Down often, but this one was special. The amount of care taken to put Frosted Flakes on the bottom of the cup before the first layer of ice cream, then on top of that layer, then on top of the next layer of ice cream was heroic.

“First time here tonight for my mom’s birthday/ this place is so good, we are going to make it our go to place for Korean bbq from now on! First reason we love this place is because we finally found a Korean bbq place that’s not all you can eat! We have small children and elderly parents who don’t eat a lot- so it’s a huge plus. Second one is this place feels super new and clean , even the bathrooms were clean and smell good. Last but not least, staff were super friendly - everyone who served us was really nice and kind. Their side dishes were really generous and they offered to replenish more than once. Price was more than reasonable. Yes we are definitely coming back!“
