“Our go to for lunch date with my husband! I generally go for their house chicken and my husband goes for their crispy chicken. All the staff there are so friendly and welcoming!! “I have been seeing and getting food from Esther since I was a little kid! The food has always been great quality and well priced for how much food you get! I only ever come to her to get teriyaki!! “It's probably one of the best Thai restaurants near the Mill Creek and Bothell area. I have only tried three of their dishes, the Phad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Pad See Ew. All three were amazing. Plenty of flavor and freshly prepared. There are plenty of portions in each order. The cost was fair. Nowadays, with everything costly, understand the higher than norm prices. The business owners are feeling the high costs. I don't feel like I overpaid with the food I got. There are several reasons, there is no way I could make this type of dish even if I could find a video on YouTube. Plus, it's better to just order authentic Thai from a real business. Also a pleasure to reward the taste buds from time to time and support our local businesses.“

“Great little shop with tasty noodles and other dishes. I highly recommend the Nine Way Noodles if you enjoy mala flavor (sichuan peppercorn). The dumplings and wontons in oil were also solid. Service was great and prices were cheap. If I had to identify one weakness, I'd say the noodles were oilier than I would have preferred, making the meal feel very heavy. However, it was all flavorful so I still give them 5 stars.“

“Bamboo sushi is a staple for date nights and great place to enjoy both fresh sashimi snd prepared roles. We tell people to get the green machine and rainbow roles. The hoki poki box entree is amazing. The miso soup and the edamame are great starters. Last time we were in we tried the Chirashi bowl as well which was great. “Even though I work as a manager at another restaurant, this is where I come every day. If you really love Meat and Chicken you can have a perfect meal with excellent Teriyaki sauce, great salad dressing and great soups. I love coming every day.“

“This is my boyfriend and I's new favorite Korean spot (and honestly a favorite restaurant in general) in Seattle! It's located in a really quiet and nice area of Madison Park. It's close enough to the water that you can walk a few blocks to digest after dinner, then hit a bar. The restaurant itself is small and cozy, we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be sat at a table, even on a weekend night. The service is so sweet, attentive, and friendly. My boyfriend and I always order the tteokbokki (and add cheese) as an appetizer. The sauce isn't as thick as most tteokbokki dishes, but I actually prefer it the way Hanok does it . . . and the sauce is soooo good I wanna lick the plate. We also split an order of corn cheese which comes in this little sizzling cast iron skillet so the edges of the cheese get a little crispy, it's so good. I always get the spicy pork belly and dip it in the corn cheese. The meat entrees come with a little bowl of purple rice, miso soup, and a salad. At first I was bummed that there is no banchan, but honestly everything's so filling that I don't think I'd be able to stomach more side dishes anyway. My boyfriend always gets the sundubu which comes in a huge bowl and he always struggles to finish it. If you want to add a drink to your dinner, try the plum sake. We just discovered this place like last week and have already been here 3 times, it's so good. We're struggling to control our Hanok urges lol so it's a good thing it's a bit of a drive from our house or I'd go bankrupt. And honestly the prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of food and quality you get (for west coast standards). Definitely put this on your must try list, it's a gem!“

“Wow, they run a tight ship over there. It's one of the most impressive low-cost establishment I've seen on the east side. The place is super clean and super organized really at an unseen level. So we parked over the Downtown park.It was cute small place where you can eat variety of ramens, appetizers, and Japanese teas and soft drinks. They offer ramen combos too.We tried the most popular ramen- Shio and Shoyu. Shoyu is our favorite. Regular sized ramen comes with 2 slices of pork, and the small one comes with a slice of pork. Wish Ramen places had more meats in the ramens.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids menu“

“Ordered the winter only lamb with Chinese herbal hot pot (羊肉爐) and steam cod with special bean sauce (豆酥鱈魚). The lamb has skin and tender all around. Very nice. Not huge amount but understantable as lamb with skin is quite expensive here. Flavour is correct. Special bean sauce add nice interesting flavour to the steam cod. Not many places has this dish. Overall, pretty good but price is definitely on higher side. Will come back for other food likely although have to order conservatively or else your wallet will be empty lol“

“Quick service. Clean interior and would be a great place to stay and dine. We did takeout. Loco moco was tasty. Shrimp was a bit spicy as was drunken noodles (we noted lowest spice option). Teriyaki chicken was the house favorite. Would come again. Doesn't beat out 808 in Portland which is our favorite or Honolulu Grill in SLC which is a secondary favorite Hawaiian.“

“The texture, cor, taste, sauces, seasoning, moisture, softness of the chicken, the freshness of the vegetables, and the richness yet not too rich teriyaki sauce mixture is almost to die for! “Went to the mock service event tonight and this place is EXCELLENT! The concept is easy, casual and incredible quality. We had a shared plate of crispy chicken bites with delicious dipping sauce. Tender chicken yet crispy and yummy! Then Beef Mala Tang soup. Make no mistake.... this is outstanding. The broth is crazy. Not to be outdone, then the Shrimp & Pork wonton soup... so good but my son ate most of it before I got my small portion he left me! Lastly, chicken fried rice. I recommend asking for the house made chili sauce if you like heat and flavor. I’ll be back many times!!!!!“

The duck bento and chow fun are our lunch faves, and they make great congee with fried dough and dim sum. My absolute favorite is their steamed rice rolls which is rare to find in Kirkland and they make it traditionally and fresh!“

“They make the best house fried rice in the area. The menu is rather extensive and is typical of Chinese restaurants. But the unique aspect of this restaurant is that they also serve dim sum all day. The service is good and the restaurant is clean. It is slightly on the expensive side though they do give you a lot of food. We ordered the house fried rice, the braised beef hot pot, the century egg and pork congee and the Chinese doughnut for $80 with tips. Would recommend.“
