“2026: I'm pretty sure they don't sell bubble waffles anymore. If they do, it's few and far between. The last one I had from here was still delicious as ever. It's a shame, really.

They recently added some more drinks to their menu. I tried the Premium Phoenix Oolong Milk Team and it was pretty rich and flavorful. Tasted like a roasted milk tea. My absolute favorite is still their 'Tradutional Milk Tea'.

2023: Excellent bubble waffles and bubble tea. Recommend the traditional tea over the original tea if you want a stronger flavor.

They had SO many variations of Thai tea; floats, ice creams, desserts and other mixes. I was literally in heaven! I loved that I could choose a green Thai tea with Thai tea ice cream float. “Thai Trio is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Washington. I just happened upon it one day and now it's my go to place. I have to seriously limit myself to once a week so I don't spend all of my money here. My favorite dish is the salt and pepper pork belly. I tried to make it at home and still haven't found how to make it taste as good as they make it. The flavors are amazing.

For the drink, I get the very milky strawberry banana and my husband gets the Thai iced tea which we both love.

Speaking of my husband, we just got married in October and actually went here after our marriage license signing to celebrate. It was the perfect end and delicious cap to our day.

The people here are also always really nice and always up to chat. It feels like a family vibe.

I've already highly recommended this place to friends so I'm doing the same for anyone else that's reading this.

“Wow! This is first-class boba tea. Stopped by on a rainy day craving for something warm, I asked for a taro milk tea warm. It really hit the spot! I think the baristas can make most of the drinks warm even if not indicated on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the tapioca pearl... it had the perfect chewiness that you just want to keep chewing on it, not just two or three bites, but more like 10-15 bites. And the pearls are not tough at all... they just resist falling apart very well. What a wonderful place to overcome cold and rainy weather... Next time I will save room to try the fried chicken wings.“

The General Tso’s chicken was the best I have ever eaten, and I am looking forward to the next time I come in! Their specialty drinks are the highlight, with unique options like a sweet corn latte. We tried the coconut and black sesame lattes. Both had strong coffee flavor and leaned a bit bitter, but still good.

The strawberry croffle was delicious, and the ham and cheese piadina was solid. Service was quick. Parking is a bit annoying with mostly street options.
