The woman who handed me my food from the sidewalk tonight addressed me by my name, instead of number and very kindly spoke to me and handed me my food. She was so kind. “Culver's owners set their own prices. So their prices have a range. This one sets them high compared to others. It's the most expensive of those I frequent so I go out of my way to avoid getting the fish dinner there (which is my normal order).“

“I have never ordered kid's meals from Culver's and did not know that the coupon on the paper sack needed to be presented for the free scoop of ice cream. The counter clerk, a young man, and the manager--another young man were very accommodating and understood.my ignorance about the process and looked up my order for the grandkids online and honored the promise of a free scoop. THIS is customer service and I applaud the entire staff for their high standards. --From a Southern Grandma visiting Wisconsin“
