Now, when I walked in, it was the best atmosphere the owner welcomed me in. He asked me what I was there for. He helped me right away. There was no issues. The food was great. “Since moving to Wisconsin, many people have said to try a sub from Cousins. I got a free sub coupon from a volunteer event, so I figured it was the perfect time to try them out. I got the cheesesteak with extra mayo and a side of curds. The sandwich was great. It was very flavorful, and the bread was the perfect texture. The toppings were stacked but not overloaded, which is how I like it. Overall, I’d gladly get another sub here.“

“I stopped in this past week and it was my second visit to this location. I’m a sandwich lover. I ordered my Original Italian to go but briefly interacted with the manager, or at least she appeared to be the manager and I teased her that I would join the Jersey Mike’s Club once they open a location closer to my home in Muskego. She was pleasant and the young man who made my sandwich worked on it like he was Monet working on a painting. Seriously, the kid made me an incredible sandwich. Nice people, good sandwich.“

“Food is good but I don’t appreciate being left on hold for 10 minutes on the phone. I walked in and the lady told me they were busy. Didn’t sound like it while I was on the phone holding and when I walked in there I saw only one family. She was trying to cover for the fact that she forgot. She should have just been honest.“

“Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. He told the cashier I'll pay for his meal and said to the guy sir this one's on me. That just made my heart full of joy to see such a moment!!“

“This Subway is great. New Management and the kids are great. Very nice, very professional, very fresh ingredients. I am there a lot and I haven't had an issue since the new management took over. “The food and service is amazing even with only 2 people most of the time with great pizza, footlongs, and sandwiches. The atmosphere is very dull and bad with no music or noise since most people don’t eat inside. They also accept every app that I can think of that delivers.

Vegetarian options: Subway is very vegetarian friendly but I’m not vegetarian but I worry about cross contamination since employees don’t change gloves and keep meat and vegetables next to each other.

Dietary restrictions: You don’t have to worry about dietary restrictions since you make your own sandwich but if you have a deadly allergy I don’t recommend since cross contamination.

Parking: Very easy to find a parking lot but might have to walk a bit.

Kid-friendliness: As long as you keep your kid under control it should be fine and is very kid friendly as the workers are very understanding.“

Service was excellent. I called two days before I stopped by after the funeral service and our order was sitting on the counter waiting for us.
