“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“Stopped in yesterday to grab my girlfriend a chocolate chip cookie, I was confused on what type of chocolate chips are used and why there was no sea salt on my cookie last month when I stopped. I was greeted with a welcoming smile from to find out the assistant GM Hilary I think she said her name was. She clarified my confusion and took her time to make sure I was educated on their products. She will be a great GM one day and a great leader. I have owned many restaurants and nightclubs in Buffalo. NY, this manager should be recognized as someone who cares about her business. GREAT JOB“

“I live on the far south east corner of Milwaukee County, and I am always on the lookout for a great burger. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Sweet Dreams in Hartford, I have made the drive five times since finding this hamburger stand earlier in the summer, the burgers are that good. And the best news, last time we were there we were told they are planing on being open this winter. If you’re looking for a great burger, amazing fall colors a great staff to take your order. I can’t recommend Sweet Dreams enough.“

“I had such a nice experience at Brookfield crumbl. I didn't get the names of the associates, but they were so kind to my dumb ass walking in not knowing what to do. I got two boxes of minis and they were quick, nice, and got me out the door in record time. You guys are great!!“

“It's really pretty in the inside when I first enter in. They also had really pleasant chocolates and really like the Birthday Ice Cream cone that I had over there. The marrcoon are also displayed really nicely. All of these desserts have different flavors and variety and overall the wait was worth it for these yummy treats.“

“Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.“

“Culvers is a great place to stop for some custard. I have to give kudos to the guy at the drive through taking our order. We ordered pints of custard to go. He pointed out that if we order on more pint we would save a fair amount of money. He didn't have to do it, but because he pointed it out, we ordered more and was able to save some cash-something we all want/need to do these days. “The Gyro, steak Gyro , spinach pie, pork as well. The food here is beyond amazing. There is no Gyro place I know that compares. Our son told us that the fish fry is fantastic as well. The owner handles this business in a way that you can see clearly they care. Great quality. We took some food to the hospital for my mom as well.“

The place was clean, and well maintained. The staff were efficient, but not necessary that friendly.

The booth were clean and and in good shape.

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I've had good experiences with the exception of tonight the #5 double cheeseburger deluxe was fine but the fries were the lousiest soggy barely warm usually they are hot and crispy delicious fries but not tonight I spent almost $19.00 for the meal with a large chocolate malt and pretzels. The pretzels were actually cold not Luke warm not warm at all cold so I had to microwave them, fries were beyond repair basically I was very disappointed and it is not the first time it was the second time I felt I wasted good money on a lousy meal. Besides this I have been pleased with the food and service most times but most times is not acceptable people should be pleased every time.“
