“I came in yesterday the 17th of August and the black lady around 4 or 5 pm was awesome she made me feel at home and gave me extra condiments she had such an awesome vive attitude and seemed like she genuinely cared for her customers. She even brought my stuff to my table and even offered me water while i waited. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.“

“Wonderful Experience! I ordered online 60 subs for a party to be ready for pickup Sat AM at 10:15 AM. I did receive a confirmation email that they had received my order.I did call to check on the order the next day and was told yes, they had my order and it would be ready on Saturday for pickup.The entire order was ready to go when we arrived and each sub was clearly labeled. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism of this establishment and will definitely use them again.

“I ordered and the staff started to make my sandwhich. For some reason the card reader wouldn't accept my card after multiple attempts. This is my only credit card and I don't carry cash. While I was searching my wallet for a gift card to use instead, the guy who made my sandwhich offered to let me take it for free, "I already made it, this one's on me" was basically what he said.

I was able to get my gift card to work and complete my purchase in full. But I appreciate the gesture nonetheless, I was in a bit of a panic! That was very kind of him and the rest of the staff! That made my day!

I'm going to start carrying cash on me again, lesson learned.
