“The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“

“amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“I came to Cousins on Sunday, June 23rd at 1pm and had an odd experience. The door was locked and there was a man wiping down tables just on the other side of the glass. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.“

Coupons honored & staff is beyond polite & helpful. Great smiles & they handled rushes & adverse distractive events empathetically, accurately & ever so kindly! “I wish a whole sub wasn't almost $20, but besides gold coast/Suburbia Cousins is the bomb. Even just a ham and cheese is to die for and the bread is always fresh. Beats subway hands down any day of the week, and they are just as pricy now.“

“1/29/24. Omg had the best delicious chicken today, seasoned just right crispy golden brown chicken. Taste just like my mom @grandmother chicken. We ordered the 14 piece chicken it was hot when delivered. Who ever cooked that chicken, i hope when I order again you cook it..“
“This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to. Always consistently good and they always get our call ahead orders right. On top of that, they have excellent customer service! My 8 year old son left his iPod at the store and the owner remembered that he was headed to a baseball game at 5 Corners and he walked over and hand delivered the phone to us! Thank you Subway!“
