“Not a huge fan of Milos. That being said the employees were nice and polite, cutting up and having a good time at work. They brought that to the atmosphere of the restaurant, definitely a plus.

Having employees that enjoy their work and work together well while taking care of the customer is a huge deal nowadays.

As far as the food goes it was Milo's, if you like it you do if you don't you don't.“

“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“Dairy Queen is the place to get a couple laughs, some good food and a friendly encounter. All the associates that were there are friendly, kind, caring, helpful, good attitude, patience and good spirited. The food is always good. They always get your order right and then some. They remember their regulars very well and even become friends with you like me. All they’re missing is a children’s play area. Totally recommend.“

We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. “I went to sit in a booth. When I did, I put my hand onto the bench. Then the seat fell off the supports and onto the floor. I nearly fell. 2 workers saw it all . They did nothing, they didn't ask if I was ok, nothing at all! We ask if they needed to put a signing the seat and they did nothing! Someone could get hurt bad. Check your seat before you sit down, please!“

“I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was hot and fresh but I was disappointed when I got regular fries instead of Mex fries. The staff was so pleasant when I called to inform them of the error. One of the managers asked for my address & personally drove my Mex fries to me. That was most definitely above & beyond customer service.“

Wings always on point, they season their food well, and if you want more of something like garlic pepper or cajun, they'll throw it on for you for no extra charge! “I came through Jack’s drive-thru to pick up breakfast for my employees, and I was truly impressed from start to finish.

Tamara took my order with such a warm, professional tone that I honestly thought she might have been new—you could literally hear the smile in her voice! That positive energy carried through the entire experience.

Destiny assisted me at the window, confirmed my order and confirmed if I needed any condiments and suggested additional items that complimented my purchase. Natalie brought my food out with a smile and greeting as the entire process took less than four minutes. I felt like I had just gone through a NASCAR-speed drive-thru—in the best way possible!

The parking lot and surrounding area were clean and well kept. I bit into my biscuit right there in the drive-thru, and oh my goodness—it was so fresh, soft, and buttery that I had to ask who made it. They told me his name was Willie, and Willie definitely did his thing!

As a business owner, these are exactly the type of people I like to hire and have representing a company: friendly, professional, attentive, efficient, and genuinely pleasant.

“I was visiting from out of town and found this drive thru on my way to try another place. What a wonderful find this was!

I had a burger, with onion rings, a Mr. Pibb, and banana pudding. The burger is one of the better burgers I have had. It was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor and not dry. The sliced tomato on it was a big ol' slice. Not short cuts were taken. The onion rings were good and I loved the banana pudding.

The time from when I placed my order to when I got my food seemed a little long. But it was worth the wait, and I suspect it was because they were making the burger fresh by the order instead of reheating it.
