“Just moved to the area and the service for me was top notch. Today I ate there for Breakfast and for Dinner. I had the best and top notch customer service from both John at Breakfast and Zach for dinner. I was also able to meet Jessica the Operating Partner and she is also awesome. The way that she care for the community and her team is something I have not seen in a long time. If you are ever near Parrish Alabama stop in and see them. You will not regret it“

“They have the best burgers around, and their milkshakes are delicious as well. The portions are huge,and the prices are extremely reasonable. This place definitely has its own unique charm, and my family loves being able to eat next to the river. I highly recommend this place. Keep in mind... it's cash only!“

“I went thru the drive thru around 5 on Thursday February 19th. The girl at the drive thru taking orders was so good. She suggested sale at had me spending $45 for 2 people. I didn't get her name but I did tell the manager how wonderful she was. Honestly I've never had a bad experience at this place.“

“We were traveling through the area and had been on the road for many hours when we stopped for a quick meal. The lady who was cashier was so kind & we had a great conversation! The food was good & we all loved the fries the most! The tea was also delicious!“

“I was just at your drive thru and meet the most awesome young lady working there. She is a Diamond among most fastfood workers. The young man who took my order didn't get all of my order and the price reflected that so when I got to the window I ask our Diamond if my milk shake was included of course she said no and proceeded to get my order right. She was beyond professional with just the right amount of sweetness in her attitude. Arby's you better give our Diamond a raise because she is worth it.“

“It's been awhile since I've eaten at a Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken restaurant, but I can tell you from lots of experience it is the best chicken I have ever eaten in my life! I spent a number of years working in Birmingham as a police officer for the Birmingham Police Department and my, then, wife and I would go and eat there on a very regular basis. Unfortunately, the closest location to me now is over an hour away, so I don't get there to eat. I'm hoping that one day they will open a location in Northwest Alabama. I will be one of their best customers!! Absolutely amazing food and service!“

“When I ordered a slushy I was told the machine was down, so I asked for the same serving size of flavoring (just not mixed). Instead of being denied, this courteous young woman, Kelsey, helped all while wearing the most beautiful smile! That was the first time I’ve felt they were more happy to help than I was to get my order lol. Hands down I’ll be back soon!“

“I don't understand why I'm reading so many distressing reviews about this place. My family and I ate here just 3 days ago and everything was fabulous! The food was delicious and the service was great. My family and I raved about it all evening. I don't know who's running the grill in there but they are definitely top-notch! Although I've forgotten the young man's name who served us I must say he was very polite and cheerful. I can't wait to go back and try that philli cheese steak that my kid got. The way he was smiling while he was eating it made me want one too!“

“It was a very busy night I waited 30 mins for white Bone in chicken the staff was very quick always on their feet no matter what, I was there earlier and they were flocked as well, they communicated every chance they got and tried to stay on task even with others complaining about being ‘ignored’ and walking out as they tried to help them. “have been going to KFC I. Jasper, Alabama for many years and have always loved it. Went today. The biscuits were somehow different from ever before. They were amazing. so soft, tender and great tasting. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good as always. Green beans seemed to be seasoned differently. not bad, just different. Got 8 pieces of chicken. If I had not picked up the chicken myself I would not have believed that was KFC chicken at all. It didn't even smell like KFC chicken. It wasn't bad, just not KFC. I got part crispy and part original. Neither tasted like KFC. The seasoning was way off, not much there at all. Again, not bad just not quite right. I hope this was just a one time thing.“

“Using the app is nice but when you’re given an estimated time for your order to be ready, it needs to be ready within that time. They were out of many things. Also, it is very loud in there. The music was loud, which made the person calling out order numbers to have to be even louder. The dining room is very small. The food wasn’t bad but I was disappointed in mine due to the fact that I ordered the lettuce wrap. I had about a half a head of lettuce and it was just thrown together, plus it didn’t have half the things I ordered on it. Maybe it will get better as time goes on.“

I don't know the young man that's working right now it's Tuesday at about 7:00 at night whatever his name is he makes an excellent sandwich .
