“excellent food and excellent customer service! I used to work at the store in Glendale when I was 16 and I've been going to them ever since! I'm now 39 and I still love their freshly baked bread and they have the best sandwiches in town! I highly highly recommend them 😁“

“I can't speak for the past or other spots, but Autumn the manager and Haley my favorite sandwich professor know what I want,how I want it and make sure it gets to me quick. always with a great note on the wrapper remindening me of why I chose this as my go to hungry spot. if your hungry and in need of a good laugh this location is what you need. ask for Autumn or Haley and say Dallas said to ask for you.“

“The food is great. If you order a "tub" as opposed to a sandwich, you will need to bring your own knife. They only provide forks. it's difficult to eat a tub with only a plastic fork.“

“I dealt with Josie. She is in fact one if the nicest young lady's I have had the please to encounter for a long time. She is a diamond! If I come back to this location inside walmart it will only be because of her. Most locations I visit the staff is generally not so nice and cordial. Having employees like Josie is a prime example of what America needs working for them on the front line. Josie, don't go changing. You are AWESOME! If I could give you more stars I would, a perfect '10'. Thank you.“

“I haven't eaten at Subway for years because the quality and quantity of the ingredients that went into the sub sandwiches were close to non-existent!! While shopping I had an urge to try Subway once again and I was so pleasantly surprised!! The folks who work there were friendly and helpful, the quality of the food was great, and the amount of sandwich ingredients was fantastic--fresh & plentiful!!! My visit to this Subway made me willing to be a repeat customer, once again!!!!“

“We went to this Subway a couple of doors down from the salon where I get my nails done on Saturday Jan 25, 2025.
Usually go there three to four times a week after my nail appt.
I order two to three subs to go for my great granddaughter I and my husband.
This is the first time going there it was such a pleasant experience, the young ladies Ava and Larkin that were taking care of our order were amazing and worked very well together like as a team.
They were so pleasant, great personality and customer service, both definitely people oriented and an asset to your business so we decided to dine in and did my husband's for take out.
You might want to consider giving them a raise, and or promotion, gift, emplyee of the month certificate and plaque because they are a good team for your business to have.
Please add this positive review to their employee evaluation file.
Oh and yes I'm a real customer not a friend or family member of theirs writing this review, I asked them for their names after I complimented them on their service.
Thank you Ava and Larkin for your exceptional service, hope you two are working when we stop by after my next nail appointment.

“Best Subway location in the Surprise area. The customer service is always top notch- even when working with a customer, you're greeted by staff as soon as you enter. Dining room and food prep areas are pristine clean. Ingredients are fresh, and sandwiches are made quickly and with care. Washrooms are clean and tidy as well. This is the standard all restaurants should be held to.
Always an enjoyable experience dining in. Great subs! 😁“

“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

“I order on the mobile app and do pick ups at this location frequently. I've noticed multiple times that they don't pay attention to the notes. Today I asked for the sub to be cut in 4 sections and it was not. Another time I asked for extra tomatoe on a bowl and didn't recieve the tomatoes. I am not a tipper at sandwich shops, maybe I should be, it just seems silly to tip when someone is doing their job and not doing anything special. Will try the the new JM on the way to Wickenburg and see what happens.“

“This is a corporate store (meaning not a franchise) and you can really tell by the top notch customer service, super clean inside and they took extra precautions for a gluten allergy which was much appreciated. Sure wish the other franchises would take note but I will drive out of my way to go to this location.“

“I have always loved the subs at jersey mikes but the service was mostly very rude. A year ago there were two male servers that had no customer service skills whatsoever, and these two boys were so inefficient and bossy I started going to another JM on Bell. I'm so relieved the manager got rid of them! The girls you have now 12.1.24 are really nice and pay attention to what they are doing. They are so nice ! Thank you management.“

“The guys that work there are really smiley, which is rather refreshing. And when I ordered the chicken bacon ranch thing, they kept complimenting my selection, which was HILARIOUS and made my day. Funny, nice, and obviously well trained staff, they have always gotten my sandwich right on the first try. I wish they had a drive thru, but the staff has always been so delightful that I really can't complain.“

“My sister and I went to get subway. When we entered, Hannah made sure to greet us. When it was our turn to place an order, we had many questions regarding our sandwich options. She took the time to answer each question. She was very knowledgeable and takes pride in her job! Hannah deserves a raise as she is a great asset to your company. “Got the regular sized steak and cheese. With everything. Tomatoes, mushrooms, extra cheese. Took a couple of pics. The presentation isn't the greatest because I had already taken a bite. But it's a great place for a steak and cheese. Bread was nice and soft, too. Everything tasted fresh.“

“Everything you want from a subway!! Clean, enthusiastic employees, and everyone was polite. They mastered the art of subs and made mine just the way I like it.
Music was a good volume and they got me in and out quick. Ingredients were fresh!

“We found the female manager rude in rushing the few people in there choosing a sandwich. Reaching over another employee adding meats to his build to hurry him up very rude. Plus, the menu board is very small high up on wall. Store was clean, we didn't like the manager and how she reacted to the few people in there.“

“Shout out to Shawna and Tre!! Absolutely AMAZING customer service and attitudes. It’s so rare to find anyone who cares in the service industry but these two clearly do. The second I stepped in the door Tre said “hello and welcome”. Shawna was busy making sandwiches for a few people while engaging them in conversation and smiling and laughing with them. As I waited Tre hustled on the register while talking and smiling with the customers too. Everyone was happy, heard and clearly cared about. They paid attention, engaged the customers, were friendly, kind and courteous.
Even if this kind of service was standard in the industry this team and store would still deserve to be called out.

“Went around 2pm or so Took some time looking at the menu thinking but the younger female employee didn't mind, I ordered a spicy Italian with American on Italian herb and cheese and was right on it asked for toasted I said of course she did excellent. Then a young man came out to dress my sandwich got everything perfect and even took the time to spread the condiments evenly. This sandwich made me feel better after a bad day I'm very impressed and pleased with the product of there teamwork. Awesome ?“

“Walked in today with my kids and ordered 4 subs. There was only one employee working the counter at the moment because the other employee was on their lunch. Rae was working the counter and was polite, patient with my kids being undecided on what to get. As i was ordering she displayed the exceptional multi-task by taking my orders, ringing up customers, and handleling online / pick up orders. She was able to do all of this while staying calm, collective, and focus. I will definitely be coming back to this subway. Keep up the good work Rae and team“

“Great Subway! We were greeted promptly as we walked in the door. Friendly staff took our order for hot sandwiches and immediately went to work. Two heated sandwiches, rang up our purchase and we were eating inside, total time 4 minutes! Nice job! When it was a bit slower, an employee came out and wiped down all the surfaces! This is an excellent Subway! We'll be back!“

“Decent service. Atmosphere was a little dark and dreary. Employees seem a little disengaged. The business is inside shell so the restroom is maintained by them and it's always clean and smelling great. Last but not least the prices have increased exponentialy. Long gone gone are the days of the $5 foot long. If it's a foot long you're planning on ordering be ready to fork out $15.“
