“I love this place, but my only gripe is that I cannot order the site specific sandwich (I dream of Jeanne) on the app. No big deal as I can call, but I’m unable to reap the points. Other than that, sandwiches and service are top notch! Love the atmosphere inside as well; a GREAT sandwich spot.“

“This was my first time at jersey mikes & Alyssa& the other gentleman that was with her were very welcoming and helpful. My sandwich is really good and they provided excellent customer service. They acknowledged me when I walked in & asked me how I’m doing and asked me how they can help me. I will definitely be back. “I’m a frequent Jersey Mike’s visitor but there is something different about this location. The kindness and willingness to help me customize my sandwich by Ahmadou and Tristan was unbelievable.
Ahmadou took his time taking my order and never made me feel like I was rushed. What amazing service I’m be coming back to this location only from now on just cause of them!“

“Just had an awesome experience at Jersey Mike's thanks to Aleaya. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what she does. My order was fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious—one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. You can tell when someone enjoys their work, and it really shows in the service and the food. “Firehouse subs on Superstition is AWESOME! My husband and I go every week! The guy who left the nasty review thinks he's better than everybody else. He was condescending and arrogant. We were there and witnessed his actions. The employees did NOTHING wrong.. we will continue to eat there. THE BEST!!!!“

“The sweet lady at Greenfield and University who serves me each time I go meticulously toasts my sandwich exactly as much as I like it, overly toasted for most, but perfect for me. She really cares about her customers and that they leave there satisfied. She's very friendly and considerate. I go out of my way for that location for the friendliness and service I can always count on. A huge thank you!“

“Excellent sub sandwich! We had chicken club limited. It has been a few years since I walked in to order, and the ordering kiosk is not user-friendly, and again, I say this about every business that uses kiosks in replacement of a human and that of an opportunity for employment. Otherwise, I like the Nastagic atmosphere in Firehouse Subs!“
