“This place is a staple for us anytime we go out to Lake Pleasant. Honestly, even if we are not actually going to the lake, we will still go out of our way to stop here if we are even remotely close. It has become one of those places we just look forward to.
The burgers are great, and the service has always been really good every time we have been in. Everyone we have met there, from the staff to other people stopping in, has always been friendly and easygoing. It has a comfortable, local, lake-day kind of feel that makes you want to come back.
They have plenty of parking for boats and trailers, which makes it so much easier when you are coming from or heading to the lake. They also have outdoor seating, which is nice, but after a hot day out on Lake Pleasant, that cold AC inside feels amazing.
The place has been around for a long time, and you can tell it has a lot of history with the lake crowd. I also like looking at the pictures of all the nice catches over on the bait shop side. It is just a solid, dependable spot with good food, good service, and a great lake atmosphere.“

“Ive found the food to be very consistent at this location! Burgers are always juicy with that crisp edge and the fresh produce on the burger makes a great bite. Their shoestring fries are also consistent unlike most of the competition. Very addicting.“

“the new Peoria one is 10 out of a 10. The Chicken Kabobs were the best i ever had with the Balsamic vinegar glaze was the bomb. The Burgers are the bomb. I don't eat pork or breakfast but they serve breakfast all day and my Mom loves that. thank you Haymaker.“

We had a great experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The portion sizes were generous, so I definitely felt like we got our money's worth. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We did wait 45 mins to get sat at a table indoors but it's fathers day that was expected. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal!“

“The burgers are outstanding. Pricey but quality meat. My bun was a little soggy on the bottom. I was disappointed that they give you a free all American burger for your birthday but in the last year they changed it so you have to eat in. No more take out. If you drink anything besides water then you have the price of the burger. I know times are tough. For 2 burgers it was $40.00. Splurged for my birthday.“

“Adrian was one of the best severs I’ve encountered on an ihop. He made me feel very welcomed and he also was very attentive. Food came out fairly fast and service was excellent. I would recommend this ihop off of olive to anyone, make sure to ask for Adrian!!“

“Haymaker has been our favorite local restaurant since we moved to AZ 6 years ago. When they moved across the street to their new location - it’s even more our favorite restaurant. The new location is bright, clean and airy. Food is the same great quality as their original menu. Breakfast for dinner is the best. Servers are friendly and very attentive. Braden is the best! Highly recommend. 😉“

“Food is 4.5 stars, customer service is meh, waited at counter for 5 minutes in empty restaurant before someone came out of the back. Nice large interior, I was the only customer. Ordered the Double Smashburger which was really good, not the paper thin crunchy style, meat was moist and perfectly seasoned, bun was also good. French Fries were exceptionally delicious. Would have been 5 stars if not for service failing.“

“We came with a party of 11 and had no problem getting seated even after being almost a half hour past our scheduled reservation time. They were kind enough to hold the table. Our server was excellent and we got all of our orders correct and pretty fast. All of the apps we had were delicious and servings for the main courses were cooked just the way we requested. It was fairly crowded but the noise level was low enough that we had no problems hearing each other from one end of the table to the other. The bar area has lots of TVs, but they are separate from the main dining area, so we didn’t hear them .“

“First time I’ve been there while visiting family but it was an amazing experience. I had a good waiter her name was hailey she was attentive and quick with our order and very nice but our seat could have been better the children we were seated next to were very noisy and loud but I understand that isn’t her job to control the children if I’m in the area I would love to come again!“

“We had a Sunday breakfast there today and everything was delicious. They were busy but we didn’t wait for the table more than a minute or two and the food came out pretty fast as well. “We were just at the Five Guys at your location at 7635 West Bell Rd, Peoria, AZ and were very appreciative of the strict way you are running things through these tough times of Covid-19. On arrival we were greeted by lots of signage about wearing a mask and directions of social distancing. Caitlyn was our cashier and all staff on the premises were wearing masks and gloves, a blessed sight to see. Food was nice and hot and all staff were busy and kept to the sanitizing rules as we watched from a distance. I just want to give a shout out to all your staff. This will be our favorite place to buy our burgers and fries . Thank you to all you do, and please stay safe.
