“Not sure why other Starbucks aren't consistent with the taste of a Flat White but THIS location at Fraser Station made it PERFECTLY!!!

Vegetarian options: You can get the Spinach wrap that only has egg white.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of treats for kids.

“Fruatration when they do not read the order, there was to be no foam, and recieved it with lots of foam? So they did remake it, but it also came with foam?? Did not say anything the 2nd time, just left.

Parking: There is handycap as well“

“Was a bit annoyed yesterday when a worker made eye contact and placed a drink in front of me that I clearly thought was mine(and it turned out to be), followed by a second drink another worker placed right next to it. I ordered 2 drinks, so I moved the second cup to read if it was also mine and was reprimanded about it not being my drink as if I was being an inconvenience(I guess fair point I was lol). I mean, I get it, work is busy and stressful. That's why I did not want to interrupt and ask for clarification. But damn, watch out for the morning rush if you aren't familiar with Starbucks etiquette!“

“It's located on the main floor of the hospital, so the food/drink is great, and they do their best to get things out as fast as possible, but the nurses/doctors/other workers lined up together with other customers can get really long, like over 30 people, so if you don't have patience at those times this is not the Starbies for you!

“I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, and while an Eggy at MackyDs sounded better, i went with the group concensus to do the 'bux instead. It was good. Adquate. Did the job, i guess. Kind of the whole point is it's reliably Mid, but it's also Starbucks, so it's far from extraordinary, and that's the unspoken expectation.“

“I went in to try a different location and ISAAC definitely pulled through with going above and beyond the expected quality of customer service. We talked about adventures, hiking, school etc. Never had such a positive experience when going to starbucks. He definitely made my day better. Deserves a promotion 100%. Thank you Isaac.“

“I'm there at least 2-3×s a week for their egg wrap, mocha frap, no problems with the staff, but what I don't get is1) why aren't their tables wiped down at all, if it's dirty we wipe it so we can sit there the garbage goes on to the floor (not swiped).Not very Hygiene2) There are people sitting at the table with their laptops not eating nor drinking instead they use the place for their internet, etc..... which means people that wants to eat there they can't......(there should be a time limit), not enough seating area to allow the "internet/hang out usage without purchases.Needs (alot) of improvements & limits of seating time.“

“I just wanted to say I’m a Starbucks lover, but this year the holiday drinks were absolutely disgusting I don’t know why they got rid of the eggnog latte I tried the sugar cookie one the oat pecan , oat eggnog Honestly tasted undrinkable A waste of money they all had a strange taste to them which I kind of expected with the oat milk, they all tasted off Honestly, just stick to your regular Starbucks drink other than that, the service at this Starbucks is great. “We went to this location twice last weekend, and we had the BEST customer service! I apologize because didn't get the person's name, but they were working Feb24 and 25 2024 at about 8am. They were blonde I believeThey were bubbly and engaging and an absolute pleasure! She was even excited for our Disney store outing and remembered us the next day! They made our day better and brighter!“

“I have been to so many locations that can't make my fairly simple drink properly (caramel macchiato made with coconut milk, a lot simpler than most people's orders from there.) This location made it PERFECTLY. And the staff are so quick and kind! I wish they worked in my town ?“
