We were surprised by the quality of the seafood for sure. The service was exceptional, super fast and friendly staff and we had everything taken care of as soon as we needed it. “We were up visiting and needed to kill a little time before check-in, so we thought we would grab a bite at the pub downstairs. The food was delicious but the service was even better. Our waitress, Kate (sp?), provided exceptional service. She was affable, attentive, and very accommodating. One member of our party has significant dietary restrictions, but Kate and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure that she could was able to get her food as well.“

“We had the pleasure of eating at Four Mile Brew Pub on Sep 2nd, 2024. We were visiting Victoria on a Cruise Ship and a local couple picked this establishment for lunch along with another local couple. The food and service were outstanding, and the building is beautiful inside and out. We ate in the pub area and really enjoyed the experience. The manager really came thru, though. When paying a card case dropped to the ground and we didn't notice it. The manager found it, and seeing a California phone number called and got the house sitter who gave the Cruise Ship information, and then let us know. The manager dispatched an employee to return the card case. The house sitter let us know and we were able to talk to the manager and since the employee was on the way, we were able to meet him and retrieve the case. High praise to the staff! Thanks!“

“Absolutely love the 6 Mile Pub! As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was so impressed by the huge gluten-free menu and how many choices there were. It was such a nice change to have so many options instead of feeling limited to one or two dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had the fish and chips (come automatically gluten free) and were hands down the best I've ever had!

Our server, Faune, was truly wonderful. She was incredibly warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her service really made the experience even better.

“15$ for a beyond greasy burger served on a dry dry bun. Three bites in and I tapped out. Grease was literally running down my wrists. Hubby had the sweet and spicy, dry and stringy…… Will stick to 649 or Thunderbird“

“Had a really good experience at Browns Socialhouse. I ordered the blackened chicken pasta, and it was really good. The nachos were outstanding and probably my favorite part of the meal. Our server was polite and friendly, and the service was great overall. Definitely a place I’d come back to.“
