“Had lunch for the very first time at Rob’s Lighthouse Eatery yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my Caesar wrap that Rob prepared exactly to my specs. I could not believe that I was able to purchase two wraps for $24? What an incredible value, not to mention the true blue service by Rob and Heidi. I will be back with all my friends!“

“Great place. Big patio right on the water. You can take a kayak, canoe or SUP right to their dock instead of driving. Really good cocktails and food. Their in house pasta is delicious. Wonderful staff all around. No notes! We go here every single time we're in the area.“

“So the burger and Caesar salad combo here (and the fries as well if you go this route) are a hidden gem as far as excellent burgers in Victoria go. You may hear people say go to Bin 4, go to Burger Wheel etc and they aren't wrong but I promise you- come enjoy this gem and visit the garden. Have a beverage. You won't be disappointed!“

“Amazing views & quiet area. Food is extremely tasty and delicious, but be prepared to spend a bit more $$$ (although I'd say it's worth it). Portions are a decent size for the most part, but don't expect to over eat here at all.“

“Dropped in for a Dinner with the Cowichan Chamber sip and dine. Food was very tasty, Our server was on point with food orders and drinks. We had a great time visiting other chamber members and the spot was Cosy and fit us all in their private loft. A good spot for events.“

“The best of the best! All 6 of us were blown away by the various appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The place merits a James Beard award. Waitstaff was amazing, too! One of my five best meals ever! Dining outdoors surrounded by a billion flowers was fun too. A most memorable experience. Shane and Gia were most attentive, informative and also memorable. Certain members of our party may need to consider attending Platelickers Anonymous meetings now.

Edit: 13 hours after our delicious dinner, we all returned for a 5 star high tea! We were greeted by the incomparable Shane and seated once again at the beautiful outdoor table we'd enjoyed the previous night. Our server Pilar was impeccably helpful and attentive. All 6 of us felt we'd enjoyed an extended perfect moment, relieved of our usual cares and travails. Thanks again!“

“My group of four truly enjoyed our evening. The food was the best we've had in a long time! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and memorable. Excellent staff, service and food and the fireworks show truly was the icing on top. We even had a gorgeous view over the grounds to the water. We will definitely be back! “My wife and I love the Cow Bay view from booths, and overall restaurant ambiance, but it is the food that brings us back. Seafood Linguini, and the Katsu Bowl are favourites. In fact, we’ve just done take out orders of 2 Katsu Bowls, 2nd time in a week. This is a most excellent taste sensation, a combination of Thai (peanut & coconut) Japanese (Katsu crispy chicken) and creamy chow mein noodles with veggies. Try It! Yummy!“

Side note to parents when your child is screaming in the middle of a restaurant...maybe remove them until their food arrives.
