“Pho Stanley is hands down one of the best pho spots I’ve been to. I’ve tried a lot of items on the menu, and everything has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. You can really taste the quality in the broth — rich, deep, and perfectly balanced without being overly salty.

My absolute favorite is the House Special Beef Noodle Soup. The portion size is generous, the beef is tender, and the combination of cuts makes every bite different and satisfying. The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the fresh herbs and toppings take it to the next level.

I’ve been going to Valmont cafe for over a year and always have Amazing dishes . The atmosphere is warm, professional, and incredibly clean. Jenny does the best Vietnamese sub , noodles soup is one of my favourite . Specially that the restaurant has Robot services , brings foods to each table 😃“

Both dishes were generously portioned and full of vibrant Vietnamese flavours perfect for a cozy lunch or dinner. 
The hand cut Taro chips were a delightful starter perfectly crispy with a hint of earthiness, and paired wonderfully with the paprika garlic tofu dip. They were so good they almost stole the show before the main course even arrived!

“came here for a late night craving and was so satisfied! we came in just before close and they were gracious enough to let us in. our servers were so friendly and sweet, they answered all the questions we had regarding their menu.

we ended up getting the b.11 which was the rare beef and brisket pho, alongside their fresh chicken salad roll! both were so rich in flavour—and the perfect portion as well

this was my first time coming here and will definitely be coming back. also shout out to Tuan, he was such a gem :)

“The lemongrass chicken with a fried egg on rice (#39 on the menu) was so tasty and almost like Vietnamese restaurant quality food. I really like how fresh the ingredients are here, and the chefs cook everything to order. The cashier was so nice!“

The one caution I have is that for their noodle dishes like vermicelli and noodle soup, is that they fill the bottom of the bowl with bean sprouts so you get less noodles and make it look like it's bigger than it is.“

“I went to Pho Tan because BBno$ said in an interview that this was one of his favourite places to eat in Vancouver. I can see why. Their peanut sauté beef pho is out of this world! I’m obsessed with it. It’s so good I highly recommend this place!!“

“I’ve been to the location in Vancouver and I wanted to see if the new Richmond location was just as good…and it was even better IMO. The seating is more spacious and the interior is more welcoming with nicer decor and ambiance! The service was attentive and the food is just as amazing! My ultimate fav is the Phnom Penh noodle soup, which they are most known for! The soup broth hits the spot, and you def need to order it if it’s your first time visiting! The appetizer platter is also a great option to try it all and they have a large drink menu to choose from, which my kids really enjoyed. This is a wonderful family restaurant and I highly recommend a visit.“

“Flexible staff, they accomodated our request to change the rice into vermicelli for the combo meal my friend ordered. My fish cake pho was delicious though they added a few pieces of fish cake, I hope they'll be more generous next time. I would like come back and try again in future.“

1) Delivery Food Bags *please start sealing these. I know some restaurants staple the bag, perhaps try that. They go into delivery drivers cars opened and it’s not sanitary or food safe.

2) Please keep drinks in stock or refund the drinks if they’re not in stock. All my recent orders are the wrong drinks but I don’t want to refund it because you still gave a drink.

3) Pho quality - great pho, but lately it’s been only a sprinkle of veggies and 99% noodles. Previously there were way more veggies included making the $20 worth it.

Again, great family restaurant just needs to make a few changes.“

“My wife and I just had lunch at Pho Maxima and everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered the pork spring rolls and the beef ball noodle soup pho, and my wife had the chicken ball noodle soup pho; both dishes were incredibly flavorful and comforting.

“My Vietnamese friends told me this is a rare soup and hard to find. The fish cakes were very good and I’m glad they sliced them thin. I don’t know how I feel about dill in Vietnamese soup. The broth was a tad on the sweeter side but this is my first time trying it so I don’t know it’s authentically supposed to be the sweet. You can taste the fish/shrimp paste as a main flavor component.“

“Five stars and my new favorite pho spot! As someone who loves pho and grew up with my mom's amazing cooking, Pho Zen has exceeded all my expectations. I've now tried the special spicy pho, and it was absolutely fantastic. The broth had incredible depth and flavor. I've also had their rice dish with pork and chicken, and seriously, the rice itself was so flavourful on its own. The banh mi was so good too. I highly recommend this place. Everything I've tried has been delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!“

The chicken platter for 2 (or three) is such a celebration of all things chicken! Every item great and distinct. There was so much meat in the salad that I kind of yearned for more vegetables! “I love this little restaurant on Victoria Drive. It’s a great place to stop for a meal while shopping along busy Victoria Drive or coming here just for their delicious pho. I went with my mom and it wasn’t busy. The people serving us were very attentive and friendly. They helped us pick the right pho for us that day. It was clean and I had no complaints at all. The pho was absolutely delicious. Probably my favourite place so far for pho. Highly recommend. Parking can be an issue but tyres some parking in the back.“

“best bahn mi I've had in Van. The bread and pate shine. Baguettes are very crispy and flakey, while not being too hard like others. I'm not the biggest fan of pate but this place's is great. Even if the subs weren't this great, I'd be inclined to go just because of the great energy of the lady at the front! “I came here exhausted after a long labor with my wife at the hospital across the street. While I waited for my wife's Pho, they kindly offered me hot tea and a rice cracker. The chef even offered a large bowl specifically to make it easier to mix in the hospital room. That level of care warms my heart. “I’ve usually had Southern Vietnamese pho in the past, and while this isn’t my first time trying Northern-style pho, this visit left the strongest impression so far. It really elevated how I see Northern pho. The broth was fresh and light, and you can actually taste the different vegetables and herbs—it’s unique and very refreshing. It doesn’t even need chili or hoisin sauce to enhance the flavor.

The restaurant itself is small and simply decorated, but it feels authentic and cozy. Most of the customers looked like local neighbors stopping by, which gave it a very genuine, community feel.“
