The price is reasonable so we can go out with the family. I don't know how the other menu items compare. The restaurant ambience is very basic but it is clean and service is fast.“

“We ate at this place several times over the course of five days during our trip to Vancouver, and we were really happy with it. The food was always well-prepared and delicious. Everything looked fresh and nicely presented. The prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the quality.

The service was consistently good, and the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming — clearly recently renovated. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated.

One of our favorite things was how convenient everything was: you can help yourself to as much soy sauce as you need, refill your water on your own, and just feel comfortable. And don’t even get me started on the ice cream — absolutely delicious!

The one caution I have is that for their noodle dishes like vermicelli and noodle soup, is that they fill the bottom of the bowl with bean sprouts so you get less noodles and make it look like it's bigger than it is.“

“Great location just right by New Westminster station - accessible especially when you want a delish banh mi and viet coffee! It was my first time having Viet coffee with them and it was so good! Strong coffee taste with creamy condense milk, yet, the bitter and sweet blended harmoniously and I couldn’t hope buy finish the iced Viet coffee within minutes. It was indulgent but not overly sweet. I’d come back again for the coffee. The vegan chicken banh mi was freshly prepared and super tasty! Highly recommended for a delicious quick grab!“

“Had Bun Rieu (Crab broth with noodles, shrimp, tomato, tofu, sliced ham and pork) and you can add herbs (bean sprouts, basil, perilla leaves, limes). Loved it so much that we came back 6 days later. Also had fried prawns with peppery salt which which was delicious.“

We had the most amazing experience at La Chuoi Cuisine! I went with my best friend for her birthday, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. “Five stars and my new favorite pho spot! As someone who loves pho and grew up with my mom's amazing cooking, Pho Zen has exceeded all my expectations. I've now tried the special spicy pho, and it was absolutely fantastic. The broth had incredible depth and flavor. I've also had their rice dish with pork and chicken, and seriously, the rice itself was so flavourful on its own. The banh mi was so good too. I highly recommend this place. Everything I've tried has been delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!“

“Came here for a quick bite. Located nearby Ikea Richmond. Shop is small with a few tables and some refrigerated takeout items but it's meant to be takeout mostly.

Order their #5 which is the special (dac biet) that has ham headcheese, sausage, pate & mayo. Also ordered their strawberry matcha drink. The banh mi was awesome. Bread was warm & toasty and the rest of the ingredients made the whole sandwich into perfection. The drink was also great as the strawberry went well with the matcha ... a combo I didn't think would work together. Would definitely be coming back here again in the future.“

“I've been coming here for about 10 years and I've never been disappointed. Their 3 meat on rice with an egg is my always go to dish but you can't go wrong with anything you order here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like family. It's a family run and owned business that serves up authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Must try place that is also on doordash.

Parking: there is a parking lot and direct access from the back as well as being surround by residential streets and Victoria. Sometimes you have you park a bit further into residential but the walk isn't that bad.

“Had an overnight stay in/around this area. Read the reviews and gave it a try. We went around 8:30pm to eat. This place is busy and had great portions and very tasty food! It definitely did not disappoint. Will definitely come here again when visiting the area. People were trying to get a table even at 9:30pm, at one point they had to turn away customers as they were preparing to close for the evening.“

“What a great hidden gem inside an office building near Royal Columbian Area. The Banh MI bun was the best I've had by far also the portion is quite big. I ordered a spicy lemon grass chicken banh mi, chicken was perfectly flavored, veggies are fresh with also the picked mix, the spice is perfect not lingering but achieved by what seemed like a perfectly placed amount of pepper or a spice pepper blend? Also perhaps the owners/staff were really friendly, with fast service. I would definitely recommend people give it a try great bahn mi, would definitely come back again just for it.
