“Been going here for years and recently switched jobs so I've been going almost every day now, I mobile order and my order is confusing since Starbucks changed their menu and I only ever liked the white mocha fraps but staff always make it incredible anyway! Sometimes they put whip when I ask for no whip but it's honestly such a small detail I don't care. Shout out to Kye and Barb and the tall Asian lady (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) for always being friendly and making my drink right! I used to work at Tim's so I know how difficult a barista job is!“

“I want to give massive recognition to Lu at the Metral Station drive-thru in Nanaimo. Her energy, warmth, and genuine friendliness completely elevate the experience every time she is at the window. When she’s working, she doesn't just hand out drinks—she actually connects with customers, brightens our day, and makes us feel genuinely welcome. Today I came through with my daughter, and Lu’s contagious positive attitude turned a quick coffee run into the highlight of our morning. She truly embodies top-tier customer service, deserves a raise, and should honestly be the one training incoming staff on how to connect with guests. Outstanding job, Lu!“

“Hands down the best Starbucks in town! This morning I went in for a coffee before work and there was a long wait time due to a bar machine being broken, the staff was effectively communicating that to any customers waiting and offered refunds to people who needed to get to work swiftly, I even saw who I believe was a supervisor offer someone a coffee that was out of a pot that was made fast as well as a refund so this customer had coffee to have while at work. They hustled and did their very best. A really great establishment. I wish other patrons waiting were kinder as these girls. They were honestly doing a great job with the cards they were given. To the staff that worked this morning thank you for your hard work so we could get our daily dose of caffeine before we worked and I hope you got yours too! ❤“

“I came by here yesterday, and got one of the summer drinks! I never tried it before but the girl with glasses named Kyrah helped explain what goes into the drink and was really helpful.
It was pretty busy, but if you don’t mind a wait for your drink you’ll 100% enjoy it.“

Fast, consistent, and exactly what you expect every time. The coffee is always reliable, the drinks are made well, and there are tons of options whether you want something hot, iced, or a snack. The staff were friendly, and my order came out quickly.
