We just realized it today, spoke to Andrew and he could not have been more helpful. He was kind, compassionate, and delightful. He listened carefully, took our details He checked with staff, and got our situation straightened out and called us back. Excellent service and very nice young man.“

“The staff member Ivory was so welcoming and friendly, she made for such a great experience. Of all the Starbucks I’ve visited over the years she has to have been my favorite employee to chat with, I very much appreciated the little drawing along with my name on my cup, she also complimented my attire. In a very professional yet friendly manner. Speaking to her immediately makes you feel part of the shop as though you were a regular even on your first time visiting. If-, rather when I return I hope to see her and the amazing staff again. 10/10 service drinks and atmosphere“

“I came by here yesterday, and got one of the summer drinks! I never tried it before but the girl with glasses named Kyrah helped explain what goes into the drink and was really helpful.
It was pretty busy, but if you don’t mind a wait for your drink you’ll 100% enjoy it.“
“The girls at this location are so friendly. Every time I come in, in the mornings they are laughing and having a good time. The closing team on my way home are also just as amazing. I know it’s a grab and go, but they do make the most of it and I really appreciate it.“
“Been going here for years and recently switched jobs so I've been going almost every day now, I mobile order and my order is confusing since Starbucks changed their menu and I only ever liked the white mocha fraps but staff always make it incredible anyway! Sometimes they put whip when I ask for no whip but it's honestly such a small detail I don't care. Shout out to Kye and Barb and the tall Asian lady (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) for always being friendly and making my drink right! I used to work at Tim's so I know how difficult a barista job is!“
