The old-style interior design, a rich Chinese food menu, and great food made with excellent ingredients and more-than-generous portions convinced us to return again. Based on our experience, the wonton soup, the combination of fried rice, vegetables, and beef, as well as the super-delicious fried noodles are among the highlights. The chili garlic sauce is awesome!“

“Ming's is great. In a time where prices for food is sky high Ming's will give you a meal for $50 that all others want $70+. Consistent quality. Good picks are the wonton soup, deep fried prawns, and beef and broccoli (which conveniently happen to be in a set meal). Hope they stay in business forever.“

If you are particular about excess salt, spice 🌶 🔥, or grease tell the server No salt, No hot spice or hot spice on the side and low amount of grease (oil) when cooking. This proactive communication regarding your preferences will result in a more enjoyable meal 😋 for you! There is value for your money especially the lunch specials. 2025-12-22 Came back for lunch. Ordered #4. Chicken & green pepper black bean sauce chow main. (Seems smaller sized compared to the past. Shrinkflation. Temperature was okay but not piping hot. Flavors okay 4/5 rating). Also ordered Deep fried chicken wings & BBQ pork fried rice. Fried wings were crispy & temperature hot. Excellent 5/5 rating. The BBQ pork fried rice was okay 4/5 rating. No additional salt, no msg, and less oil as requested. Have to watch your sodium and chemical intake. Must be diligent with self care!“

“Quite contrasting experiences in the reviews. We went for dinner last night an hour before they closed. Upon entering we were warmly greeted with a sincere smile. We had a couple of questions about the menu and our server was helpful.
The food was delicious. The beef was so tender. Wonton soup was terrific. The place was clean. Both people we encountered were very friendly. We both left so full, almost bordering on discomfort.
We also visited a few years ago and had a good experience also. The date has a special importance to us and the food and service added to that memory. A little expensive.“
