“Stopped by here on a weeknight after work and grabbed a spot by the window, the staff walked me through their oolong options without rushing me at all. Got the honey milk tea with boba and a side of the scallion pancake, and both were still warm when they hit the table. It was quiet enough around 7pm to actually get some reading done, which is rare for a cafe this cozy. Already planning to bring a friend back this weekend to try their egg tarts.“

The prices here are very decent and the front counter team is very friendly. They usually have a decent sized line of people - so be prepared to wait a little bit.

It’s good to satisfy a morning noodle craving.“

“We decided to drop by & order take out food . It only took 20 minutes wait , then went back to my car but my car won’t start on the first day of snow& was very cold. I called BCAA but it will take an hour & a half to arrive. Went back inside the restaurant & told the lady, she said ohh your food will be cold, offered us a table to eat( no dine in ) & gave us hot tea & bottled water. We are very thankful for their hospitality & kindness. It showed the true meaning of CARING.“

We ordered shrimp fried rice, bbq pork chow mein, breaded chicken with lemon sauce and sweet and sour boneless pork. This is the best Chinese food we’ve had for a long time. Portions were large and as the girl who took our order said we would have dinner for the next day. She was right! We will definitely be back.

“This is the best place for Filipino siopao and pancit guisado. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the friendly staff who truly make you feel at home.

“Love the sushi. The Toro and Salmon nigiri have the biggest cuts of fish I have seen other than the Tokyo Fish Market. The restaurant accidentally forgot to throw in one of my rolls on a takeout order, and they delivered it to my house in less than 10 mins… felt more like 5 mins.“

“I went to Canada in 1997 and attended high school near by On Yuen. This was my first Hong Kong cusine experience in Canada. Fried rice is my favorite!!! I always order fried rice with their spicy chili paste. The chili past is sour and spicy, it taste so well on the fried rice~ But I look for places for the same chili paste, but never found one...
Now I am back to Taiwan, and I haven't had On Yuen for more than 10 years. I still crave for the delicious On Yuan dishes.“

“I started coming here just recently after they had a change in management a couple of years ago.The previous owners provided very tasty food so I thought I would give this restaurant another go.I ordered the combo #4 meal with chicken chow mein and I was very satisfied with the quality and the quantity.The chop suey was very lightly sautéed so the vegetables were very crunchy which is what I like.The sweet and sour pork was reasonably moist and lean.No breaded blobs of fat.There was so much food on the plate that I could barely finish it and even 4 hours later I was still quite full.They refilled my water without me having to ask.I highly recommend Main Choice.😋“

“This pizza, it is absolutely phenomenal and the price is incredible. The driver even brought me a plastic cup double cupped, because I had ordered a two liter seven 7up. It was the perfect addition to my large pizza. Then add the delivery.And it only came up to twenty seven dollars. I'm being on a budget after moving.

It's my mainstay for Chinese locally and no joke puts Neptune on notice. Good portions, you can tweak certain dishes and they do well offering somd off menu options if you know the fare.

Never a disappointment. This is Chinese done right. Great seafood options, still need to try the Peking duck!“

“We got here at 5pm second time we have been there this time the food was gross garlic dried pork tasted more like salt and pepper sweet and sour pork was large pieces and very tough chow main was not to bad don’t think we will be going there again“

Unfortunately, the honey garlic pork was a big disappointment. It was so hard and overcooked that it felt like chewing on a stone. The flavor was there, but the texture made it difficult to enjoy.
Overall, the experience was average. Great service and generous portions, but the food quality was inconsistent. I’d be willing to give it another try and hope the pork is better next time.“

“Ignore all the bad reviews. Most are bullshit. I’ve eaten at every ManchuWok in the lower mainland and nothing changed. Portion size is good, food is good. This surrey location especially doesn’t get as much traffic like metrotown or other places but food quality is just as good as other places“
