“Its a good place if you are craving chinese/nepalese cuisine. I was craving for thukpa so visited it. We ordered veg thukpa, monchow soup, steamed momos, chilli momos, mushrooms, nepalese noodles. Everything was served quickly. Servers were polite. Food was delicious. We customized spice level as medium and i think we did the right thing. Ambience was soothing with touch of buddhist culture in the background. They do have deal of the day but sadly it was not available the day we went. So a bit disappointed coz the pamphlet in the table mentioned about deal of the day which we can get free if the server doesnt inform us about it. But when asked it wasn’t available. That feels like a fake promise to a customer. But otherwise it was affordable and delicious. Will surely visit again.“

When I called the restaurant to advise them if this, they expected I drive back to the restaurant to replace the food. I live about 32 minutes away from the restaurant, so I wasn't interested in doing this. I was advised to freeze the food and bring it in next time and they will make the food better. I'm not sure what they expected for us to eat in the meantime, defeating the whole purpose, of going to pick up take out for dinner.I don't recommend this restaurant at all.However if you want excellent haka Chinese food then go to the Green Lettuce in Vancouver. They are usually quite busy, but most definitely worth waiting when they are.October 2021:Not sure what happened to the quality of the food served this evening. The food was bland, a waste of $53! “The best siopao in town! It reminds me of my childhood with good old siopao that is fresh and very fluffy. The price has gone up over the years but we still come here even with cheaper places around. Their breads and pastries are also really good!“

The food portions are much bigger than you anticipate and you likely will have food for 2-3 meals. The servers are friendly and helpful with your requests. “We were craving dimsum for dinner and google pointed us to this restaurant. It was good and we enjoyed our Salted Fish Fried Rice, Deep Fried Squid, Shrimp Dimsum and Siomai. “My hubby had a Lifelabs appointment and we thought of having a quick lunch. Found this Chinese restaurant by chance and it was awesome. The food tasted so good and to top it all the owner was top notch in service. We ordered Salted Fish Fried Rice, now our super fave, the Deep Fried Squid and their Crispy Fried Chicken. “Been here a couple of times since they change their name and service and food has been excellent. Place a large order for take out when they open today and was done around 20 minute. My son is very picky but he likes the honey chicken wings and the sesame chicken. For sure will be back since its only 5 to 10 minute drive from my house. Hopefully they can add salted fish fried rice to their menu.“
